The doctors are wonderful, as is insurance person, Desi. Thats where the great ends. Business processes & follow-ups are well BELOW PAR. If you need referrals sent in a timely manner, get ready to be your own self- advocate. It us up to the patient to call multiple times & deal with the red tape. Ive never once been contacted with lab results. Even if you have an appointment, plan on waiting approximately an hour. I have had to leave many times because the wait (even though I had an appt.) was way too long. Again, the one-on-one with the doctors is great- very competent. The incompetence of the office practices and lack of knowledge in office practices & insurance processes..very unprofessional & inconsistent. It is just so inefficient, they are constantly in a crisis management mode.

Excellent service,Dr.Jason Postula-Stein is an amazing Doctor he doesnt try to rush you,he takes his time and most of all he listens.He is very down to earth,I would recommend him to anyone.

All the reviews are the same, because its true. Takes his time, does not rush out of the room. He spends time with his patients, something not seen today. A nice guy.

We love him. He takes care of my mom who is 89 and spends as much time as needed to help her... he is awesome...
