I have been a patient of Dr. Rose and Dr. Smith for years at Complete Care Chiropractic Clinic and Wellness Center (Warren, MI). As part of those weekly sessions, I have been grateful for the massages that accompany the adjustments/consultations that enable my mobility––freeing my body from that which negatively inhibits––toward balanced strength, coordination, efficiency of muscle use and ease of movement; constructing positive habits and relearning for dynamic poise in movement. Much of this reminds me of earlier studies I’ve encountered per the Alexander Technique: including awareness of how we are doing and how we may do more thoughtfully, better; the scholar, John Dewey, also shared these sentiments. This, of course, is a life-long process where communication with those you work with is pertinent for any meaningful, worthwhile experience––especially in regard to long lasting results. As I take time to comment, reflecting on my experiences, I wonder if I would ever have come to this place of understanding if I expected immediate results within two sessions from my husband’s generous groupon gift. I consider, “how would I have come to know what parts of the body should or should not be touched, free from my own thorough study and experience (e.g. accreditation/certification/degree) or free from engaging the massage therapist in dialogue about why and how they have come to mindfully do what they are doing?” Especially considering the spectrum of bruising that varies greatly from person to person: would it warrant disclosure to the doctors or massage therapists; would we anticipate that they would “just know?” On the other hand, I wonder about the vulnerability people are prone to––including their prior experiences––the stress they have come to wear throughout their bodies and how some may cope with that way of being. Would they be able to ease away from negative habits embodied, changing within what it may mean to be healthy, progressively better, through what may be unknown, scary, uncertain, uninformed? Again, the ideal of a process may be frustrating, unclear or may not emerge quick or be obvious––for, in any safe environment where compassionate people take healthy risks to solve problems, it is far stretched to imagine that such a work is succinct. Moreover, shopping around for a flawless establishment––considering expectations or an individual’s will and perceived model for guidance––is, of course, always an option to thoughtfully contemplate and utilize. However, it would most certainly be ignorant––even unethical––to slander or comment negatively from any short-lived experience (declaring prejudice to others without any doubt or space for others’ perspectives within such contexts) by mindless, nonobjective postings of any employee serving within the bounds of care and wellness. Especially considering Complete Care Chiropractic Clinic and Wellness Center––a forever growing, learning, humble establishment––is unreasonable and insensitive. Sadly expected, it takes a small few to breed fear, doubt or precarious thought about others––barks that suspicion kindling along, like herding sheep, or in this case: sheeple. I also trust that we are much more than that, growing within the best parts of our humanity, free to set aside our egos as we live together in harmony and peace with compassion and understanding.

Ive had pain in my back for years and had no insurance, so I just suffered through it until someone referred complete care chiropractic. I didnt even know exactly what was wrong with me until I went to see them. they have made me feel better in a week and nothing has ever given me that much relief that fast. going there is relaxing and effective, I like the staff, I trust my doctor, and proof is in the pudding. I used to take at least a week to be able to get off the couch and walk around, the pain was so bad, but I am truly amazed at how effective their treatment has been for me. I literally struggled to take in a breath when I first walked in a week ago, I thought I had been severely injured on the job and I was sort of right. they were able to see that my ribs were out of place and with their help, I am back on track to being 100 percent healthy again, thanks to the staff and doctors at complete care chiropractic. the only difficult part is not being so overzealous that I injure myself again before Im done healing. even without insurance, it has been very affordable and I would recommend them to anyone who has chronic pain.

I am a recovering stroke survivor of 10 years. Ive been going to Complete Care Chiropractic for the last 3 1/2 years now and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Rose and Dr. Smith. They are very professional and yet provide a great family friendly atmosphere. You feel like part of their extended family. Whether its Debbie greeting you with a smile at the front desk, Nicole or Kathleen massaging & rejuvenating your tired muscles, or Dr. Rose or Dr. Smith adjusting whatever is ailing you. My goodness, Im living a better lifestyle and thats a direct result of Complete Care Chiropractic. Sincerely, Tony DeNardo

Find somewhere else better! The massage therapist did a mediocre job at best, grinding hard in places that should not be touched at all (too near the spine, etc). Also found that the next 2 days I was bruised on the back of my neck where she also was grinding much too hard. I like a firm massage, but it needs to be done correctly in order to be effective. I did not feel as though the therapist really worked the muscles and knots out, it was more just a hard rubbing which left me sore (not the good kind of post-massage soreness) and bruised.

I love going to this Chiropratic office. She doesnt waste time with lengthy programs or ask for prepayments. They got me up and going as fast as they could. They are very personalible and always leave me feeling that my money was well spent. Theyre pricing is great and they even have a water message bed that they let you use after an adjustment. She also will apply heat or cold before your adjustment to help loosen you up. I drive from North Clinton Township because they are worth the drive.

Simply the best!!! We have been to several Chiropractic clinics and none have been as COMPLETE as this facility. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend this to anyone that has Chronic pain. Their low level laser treatment does wonders. I had issues with a condition called De Quervain syndrome received low level laser treatments a few times and receive spinal adjustments as well as adjustments of my wrists and shoulder and I do not have symptoms.

Do not go here! I was in more pain walking out than walking in. They dont message muscle they grind on your bones. Also, they only touch you a third of the time. The whole experience was bad, I just wanted to walk out it was so bad. No heated pad, no massage, no nothing... I would have been better off spending the money on a vibrating chair in the mall. Dont waste your money!

Very rude staff. Took my grandmother in not long ago and they were rude to her on the phone. Not much greater in person. Now my poor grandmother is in more pain now than she was before. She has bruises on her shoulders. When I came back to pick her up she had tears in her eyes. Never will I ever take her back there. It hurts me to see her in pain. Such a waste of money.

I must say this is the best place ever:) I have been going there since I was 8 and ever since Dr. Rose has become a part of my family. She is an amazing doctor and the massage therapists are great (just make sure you tell them what and where it hurts). I Highly recommend it to all.
