I had my first visit for Chiropractic care with Dr. Arnold in August of 2016. I went in hoping he could help me with lower back issues that had been plaguing me for months at that point. His office is clean and cozy and his staff are friendly and accommodating. He ran a couple tests, got some x-rays and took the time to explain to me the type of benefits that I would experience through chiropractic care. At this point he hadn’t even adjusted me but his thoroughness helped set my mind at ease and gave me the confidence that I would be feeling better soon. I’ve heard that chiropractic care can provide immediate relief from neck or back pain and discomfort. Honestly I was skeptical of it. Additionally, I was nervous at my first adjustment. I had never had my neck or back adjusted by a Chiropractor before. Needless to say, after my first adjustment, which was completely painless, I did feel some relief from the discomfort in my back. BUT --- I should emphasize that after approximately 6 visits, I definitely felt much-much better. I actually felt better after each adjustment as my body started to communicate with itself more efficiently -- but-- it has to be the consistency of seeing him through the plan of care that Dr. Arnold established that has really made all the difference in the way I feel. At this point, I’ve had over 20 adjustments from Dr. Arnold. I’ve graduated to incorporating daily stretches and range of motion exercises with my adjustments and as I continue through his care, I certainly expect to continue feeling better. Thank you Dr. Arnold for teaching about and providing me with extraordinary chiropractic care.

I have been a patient of dr. Arnold for about a year and plan on continuing my treatment and maintenance as needed.. You ask why?.. Here are a few reasons that are key (at least to me) First for me Is location, not too far from home or work. awesome.. when you have to just drop in for a unscheduled visit. Witch is only a phone call away.. HUGE plus for me Next the staff, Always seem to be in a good mood and happy to see you. Next is the office .. The office is always neat and tidy, Home like atmosphere. Not some white cold clinic where you feel like just a number next is the result . My first visit was comical .. I was in such pain from my lower back and hips. I could not sit, stand or walk the only somewhat comfortable position was on one knee. dr. Arnold felt he could help me .So I gave them a shot and I am so glad I did.. Just a few visits later there were huge improvements ..Now I visit the office one day per week just to maintain my improvements . I am a auto repair tech 90% of my day is spent under the hood of a car (bent over) I know there is no way I could continue without chiropractic help.. Super grateful to Washington family chiropractic ...

I have suffered from sinus and allergy problems all my life. I did not think a chiropractor would be able to help with that. I also have Menieres disease. This can be accompanied by dizziness and vertigo. Typical treatments for sinus and allergies do little for the Menieres. I was very desperate one day for help and relief. I said a prayer for help. I had just picked up the Romeo Observer and out popped Dr. Arnolds flyer on sinus problems and how he could help. I called and made an appointment because I had tried everything else. Well, he did help! It wasnt immediate, and it took some time, but the dizziness and vertigo stopped. That was about 15 years ago. Due to changes in life and feeling better, I had not gone back to to see him. This year, the Menieres hit again with a vengeance. I did not hesitate. I went back to see Dr. Arnold, and plan on staying awhile. There is no cure for the Menieres. There are days when my neck is very tight and my head does not feel well. After an adjustment, I feel relief and so much better. I can get back to living. Thank you, Dr. Arnold!

2 years ago I consulted Washington Family Chiropractic. I had been experiencing severe debilitating neck pain on and off for years. I was skeptical as to whether or not chiropractic procedures were going to be able to ease me of my pain. The day that I consulted Dr. Arnold I was in excruciating pain. He thoroughly explained the benefits of Chiropractics and the procedure processes. The office staff Took x rays and assessed my condition. He quickly developed a plan of action and proceeded with my first adjustment. Almost instantly I felt some relief and over the next few days the debilitating pain began to dull. No longer a skeptic!! Over two years later and I have NOT had an episode of pain that has taken away from my quality of life or hindered my obligations and responsibilities! For what it is worth, I have not so much as had a cold since Ive started getting adjusted as well! I do believe Chiropractic is a great benefit to my life and I thank the staff at Washington Family Chiropractic for the personal care that they exhibit to each and every one one of their patients!

My family and I have been apart of Washington Family Chiropractic for 9 years. When I started coming I was pregnant with my first child. I had horrible back pain and headaches. After receiving weekly adjustments that went away quickly. My son who will be 9 in June has had only 2 ear infections in his life. He has been getting adjusted since he was a week old. With a healthy diet and chiropractic care, I know it is the reason for his good health. All 3 of my kids have been getting adjusted since they were a week old, and I consider it a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Arnold is wonderful with children and makes it comfortable for them. My husband has had issues with low back pain and always feels relief after an adjustment. We also can ask him questions if we are having pain in different areas, he will show you different stretches and things you can do to help that area. I highly recommend Washington Family Chiropractic!

Back in 1999 I moved to the eastside and was looking for a chiropractor and I found Dr. Arnold. That was the best find ever. I have been with him now for 16 years now. I would come and go but soon found out that when I didnt go to be adjusted on a regular basis I didnt feel good and my issues that I had prior would come back. So I decided to go on a regular basis.Now I never get sick like everybody else does my headaches are much improved and my lower back doesnt hurt like it did. I have learned so much from Dr. Arnold about my health and my body. I have been to many chiropractors in my life with the exception of one other chiropractor Dr. Arnold is awesome. He listens to you lets you ask questions takes his time with and never rushes you during your appt.. If you are looking for a chiropractor you really need to check him out you wont be disappointed I promise. Michele Ferris
