I was experiencing severe lower back pain for which I seen my family physician, who sent me to physical therapy. After the PT didnt help, actually the pain became worse, I went back to my primary and he referred me to a specialist. After several weeks of persistent pain and a full bone scan, the specialist prescribed me a couple of different medications with the intention of sending me back to physical therapy once the medications reduced the inflammation in my back. Unfortunately, the medications did not help and the pain continued to grow worse to the point that I couldnt even move slowly without intense lower back pain. A previous experience with a Columbus, Ohio chiropractor had left me a bit leery to try chiropractic again, but at this point I had already tried my family doctor, physical therapy, and a specialist, which took up several months of me not just living with pain, but the pain growing from bad to severe, thus preventing me from doing just about any normal life activities. The pain was so severe and the doctors were not doing anything that benefited. My life was at a standstill due to debilitating back pain. I finally decided to contact Dr. Marcotte and he was able to schedule me in very quickly. Due to the severity of my condition we initially scheduled multiple visits per week and after my 6th visit there was finally a noticeable improvement. As I walked out of the chiropractic office and to my car I even turned around and popped my head back into the office to tell them that I was finally seeing a little bit of improvement. Several more visits and the improvement became more pronounced to the point that I could finally resume my normal activities. We are still working to get me back to 100%, however the adjustments, exercises (both in his office and at home), E-Stem, and diet have had a tremendous impact in getting me back healthy again. I honestly dont know what I would have done if I had not gone to see Dr. Marcotte, I can literally say that his treatments changed, if not saved my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Matt Marcotte to anyone suffering a back issue, and I would also recommend getting any issue checked out sooner, rather than waiting until the pain became completely debilitating, like I did.

So, I am "one of those patients" (even through I manage a health practice) that does what they are supposed to do for a little bit, then falls off the wagon....Dr. Marcotte, thank the lord for him, has never given up on me and my treatment and is continually encouraging and positive and continually educates me on why I need to keep up on my end of the bargain without getting frustrated with me....and for that I am greatful. I have arthritis in my neck and my neck is curved forward instead of backward which causes me to have great pain, dizziness, increases pain in my wrist with carpul tunnel etc. I am a very active person and without Dr. Marcotte, and his continual encouragement and visual examples....well, I would not be a happy camper. I call Dr. Marcotte "magic hands"....hes a God delivered Chiropractor. Sometimes I even say he has "Gods magic chiropractic powers." He has turned my lights on so many times I cant even tell you. Hes amazing. I have referred many friends to him and they have come back to me singing his praises, just as I am here!!~~ If you want the ABSOLUTE BEST Chiropractor in the world that can make life happy again....See Dr. Marcotte~~!! ;-) Thank you thank you thank you for being an amazing, thoughtful, educational, inspiring and never giving up on me chiropractor....even when I have not been good about staying up with my appointments you never give up ~~

I came to Dr. Marcotte with enough problems to fill up several intake forms! I was having back back, knee pain, joint issues and was dealing also with the symptoms of PCOS which efforts your hormone balance and in turn effects everything else! I was prescribed metformin (even though I am not diabetic) along with progesterone, and was taking pain killers on a daily basis. It got so bad that I almost had to stop teaching group fitness which is a huge part of my life. He took his time and listened to all my concerns and gathered all the information he needed to help me with everything. He began treating my PCOS symptoms with organic whole food supplements and after only a few days I felt changes in my mood. I began adjustments and therapy and began using Rock Tape on my knee. I ran for the first time in two years about a month ago and now teach 15 classes a week! Dr. Marcotte gave me my life back. Im healthier from the inside out, Ive lost weight, I sleep better, almost all my PCOS symptoms are gone and my pain is under control. Thanks Doc!

Went in for back pain problem and ended up with severe problems on back, shoulder and neck. I was pressured to sign up for 12 consultation sessions citing a discount, which I fell for. After 4 sessions things started to get bad with random pain in lower back. Doctor said its just body recovering - it would have felt true if only they said that when they started treatment that pain will move around! Around 7th session, pain in neck and shoulder gotten worse and I decided to give up on the treatment. After a week without the adjustment and the so called treatment things are normal. Since I have paid in advance getting the refund was as hard as it could be and they were blaming it on insurance. Ended up getting only some part as refund for the cancelled sessions after an unnecessary confrontation! Id stay away from this place definitely for the reasons of shady business practice and incompetence.

When I first went in to see Dr. Marcotte my back was in bad shape. In just a few weeks I feel better than what my normal used to be. My pain is gone and my posture is improving dramatically. I have been given new exercises that I can do on my own to keep improving and have learned several things I can do to assist with my own treatment. Dr. Marcotte takes a holistic approach to figuring out and solving my issues which has been extremely helpful. His staff is on top of things and always willing to help. Dr. Marcotte has truly changed my life. I came to him with chronic lower back and neck pain. I had also been suffering from chronic migraines for many years. I have been under his care for about 4 months now and have not had a single migraine in just as long. I am sleeping better and more comfortably and am able to do things that before my pain would limit me from doing. Not only has all my pain been relieved, but Dr. Marcotte has taught me the importance of chiropractic care and changes I can make to my everyday life to improve my quality of life. Dr. Marcotte is very professional and has given me and my wife great advice, not all of which benefitted him in any way. I moved farther away so I switched Chiropractors, but inevitibly ended up driving the 45 min to go back because hes worth it. I highly suggest if you live within 30 minutes, make the drive. Hes very reasonable with price and really quite negotiable. They offer monthly auto-debit for real cheap, as well as working with my insurance company. 5 star customer service from the ladies up front, as well. (And no, I dont work there. LoL)
