Long story short - Visit them! You wont regret it! I started going to Ability Chiropractic just before my wedding due to lower back and hip pain. The pain was so bad that I wasnt sure Id be able to stand my whole wedding day or take the four hour flight for our honeymoon. I am so glad I found Dr. Brian and Dr. Chris! After my first adjustment and therapeutic massage I felt immediately better, and after a few sessions I felt like a whole new person! Both Dr. Brian and Dr. Chris are very friendly, effective and communicative. They explain everything from start to finish for me, and do so in a way I can understand without feeling its dumbed down. Each week I feel genuinely welcomed into their practice, and am able to chat with them about my health as well as weekend plans. I look forward to my appointments with them because it has always been a pleasant experience, and I feel better after each and every visit. I didnt realize how much pain/discomfort I was in until they helped me get rid of it. Especially if you are new to the chiropractor game, Ability Chiropractic is a great place to start your journey! The front end staff are spectacular; they are not only what you need, but also what you want in a service provider. Both are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, but are also proactive and customer-centric which I cannot emphasize enough. They know my appointment schedule by heart, call me to let me know when appointments are being renewed without action on my part, and flawlessly reschedule me when necessary because they know my preferences and general work schedule. Part of my treatment also includes massage therapy, and the massage therapists Ive worked with are another wonderful aspect of the Ability team! They are truly skilled and deliver a better, more effective massage than Ive gotten at high end spas in the area. The ladies Ive worked with contribute to a relaxing atmosphere, are easy to chat with, and incredibly professional. Each week they help undo the damage of working at a computer 40+ hours per week, and my body hasnt felt this good and cohesive in a long while! Thanks for everything - see you guys next week!

I highly recommend seeking treatment here. I am a nurse as well as a med student so the chiropractic practices are very new to me and I was VERY hesitant on coming here even with a referral from my pain management doctor (MD). I almost canceled my appointment due to doubt and fear. But I am so glad I came here! My only regret is that I didnt explore chiropractic services sooner. Before coming here I had problems achieving and maintaining an erection. I am 23 years old and I have a prescription for Cialis. Men who are 23 years old should not need Cialis. I was in a 8/10 pain everyday and I was mean due to the pain, and like I said erectile issues due to the pain meds. But since coming here my pain med consumption needs has dramatically reduced and I have no problems achieving and maintaining an erection which makes my fiancee VERY thrilled. The fact that such a dramatic change occurred means I had something seriously wrong and they fixed it. Again, my only regret is not seeking their services sooner. I highly recommend Ability Chiropractic. To be honest after working with them and their impressively vast amount of knowledge, professionalism, with confidence in their adjustments, and lastly no "oops" moments and with that I wouldnt go anywhere else but here. I even referred my fiancee here who I am very protective of and consider her risk of injury by medication, medical procedures, and chiropractic services far more in depth than my own. I said it before and I will say it one last time because I cant emphasize it enough: I will not go anywhere else but here and I will not recommend any other practice other than Ability Chiropractic. - Nash, LPN

I am extremely impressed with Ability Chiropractic. Being new to the area, I researched various chiropractors in town and after reading the reviews and visiting their website I knew I had the best match for me. I could barely get out of my car on the first visit and Dr. Brian had to help me move from the table as I could not turn over on my own. One week later, I was able today to do my exercises, get on and off the adjustment table and the traction table on my own without assistance. The pain has gone from a solid 9 constantly to an intermittent 4/5. On the first visit, Dr. Brian spent time talking with me to find out everything that was bothering me and reviewed my recent blood work. He took X-rays and then made sure he explained each step of the treatment for the day. The second visit, Dr. Chris reviewed my X-rays with me after showing me examples of what your spine should look like and how it should function. It was easy to see for myself the problem areas on my own body with his explanations. The treatment plan they had created took into consideration my poor insurance coverage and was something that I could afford. They gave me suggestions for things I could do at home and at work to improve my posture and help to correct my proper alignment. Their check in system is super and I love the text reminders of my appointments.

I have been going to Ability for almost a month now and the 5 star reviews are right on the money for this business. After having my second child a year ago I dealt with constant neck and back pain, thankfully my neighbor referred me here. I have two kids under the age of 3, a full-time corporate career and a husband that is a commercial airline pilot – to say I have any free time to spend on myself is an understatement. I knew I needed help to get back on the right track and this office makes it incredibly easy to work chiropractic care into a busy schedule. Appointments(after the initial consultations) are 30 minutes in and out. I LOVE this! The sheer joy I have knowing that I can easily forecast how much time I will need to block off my calendar for an appt is everything. Also, they get mega bonus points for being rock stars with scheduling/rescheduling and being accommodating if you have to bring the kids along(which I have had to do a few times). I have seen all of the doctors at the Worthington location(Brian, Chris and Cody) and each of them is equally awesome. They truly care about each patient and this includes the front desk staff, Chelsea and Audrey. I am FINALLY starting to feel semi normal again. Moral of the story, you cannot go wrong here. Visit Ability, make your health a priority and start feeling better.

Imagine not being able to shave your chin or neck because you cant tilt your head backward. Trying changing a battery in a smoke detector only to discover you cant get to the battery because your neck wont allow you to look up. Try driving and not being able to look left and right, pretty scary. What about numbness in the hands. Had it so bad I couldnt grip a glass or bottle. Conventional medicine said I had carpal tunnel syndrome thats why my hands went numb. And naturally surgery is the answer. Neck stiffness well thats just arthritis. That can be fixed by another surgical procedure with needles in your neck and a good dose of prescribed medicine. Side effects of these prescribed medicines include constipation, dry mouth, blurred vision, impotence and suicidal thoughts. But my neck wont hurt anymore right? Well thanks to the caring hands of Dr. Brian Mabry, I have new found mobility in my neck. The numbness in my hands has but disappeared. I feel better today than I have in years. Chiropractic medicine with Dr. Brian worked for me. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my spine and neck. He and his brother Dr. Chris Mabry have a great professional practice. Would I recommend them? You bet I would!!!!!
