This is by far the WORST doctors office Ive been to. Had to wait for over two hours and wasnt even able to see a doctor. Was told my test results would be mailed to me to never receive them. When I called to ask for them a second time I was informed that they would mail me my results and received a call two days later stating that I had to sign a release form. A form I was NEVER asked to sign while I was at my appointment. The staff is terrible and CLEARLY misinforms their patients. Not to mention that my bill was EXTREMELY high. My boyfriend went to urgent care slightly after this and his bill was less than half of mine for URGENT CARE. Save yourself money, save yourself time, and save yourself sanity and DO NOT go to this office.

Long wait - over an hour. Was seen by Dr. Varghese for a sore throat - more interested in my family history, smoking, alcohol, drugs, previous doctors and whether or not I had a colonoscopy. Barely paid attention to the reason I came in - which was a sore throat and achy feeling. Was told I just had the "ickys" was charged $35.00 office fee, and left with a colonoscopy kit (not seeing the connection to that and a sore throat). The following day I had to get over the counter medicines from CVS. What a waste of time and money that visit was.

I found Dr. Woelkes office on line, he wasnt far from my home so I called and got an appointment. His staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of my situation. After seeing Dr Woelke I was given some medication that greatly helped my condition. He is now my regular Doctor. I greatly appreciate his staff and his care. w

Called at 1145, spoke to the receptionist and she told me that she could not help me because the office out to lunch from 1200-1300.... it was 1145!
