I have been going to see Dr. Coyle for 2 years. Dr. Coyle is very nice and her clinical staff has always been very pleasant and talkative. However, the administrative staff has been rude since day one. They never sound pleasant on the phone. I have had 2 out of 4 appointments that were scheduled incorrectly. Any time I am in there it seems there is complete divide from the back to the front. I recently scheduled and appointment and when they called to confirm, I verified my appointment because of issues I have had with appointments in the past. When verifying I found out it was with the wrong Dr. and they did not have me down for anything Dr. Coyle and I discussed on my previous visit. The receptionist was rude, kept putting me on hold and then tried to put the blame on me. She then acted upset that I was not going to come in for my appointment, even though they could not complete what I wanted scheduled for even if I did come in. When I told her I wanted to schedule on a day that they were prepared for what Dr. Coyle and I discussed, the receptionist told me I would have to wait 3 months before I could get back in. I have worked administratively in healthcare, and I understand that it can sometimes be stressful. However, she never once apologized on behalf of the office for the confusion, and was not kind throughout the entire conversation. Although I have never had a problem with Dr. Coyle, the staff is a direct reflection of her. If she does not care how her staff is treating her patients, I find it more likely that she lacks the care I would want from my clinical provider. Showing kindness to patients is not that hard, and I will be finding another office who understands that.

AVOID AVOID Administrative staff is horrible. I will not be scolded over the phone like a child because I dont want to come in 45 mins before my appointment because they might be busy. And then scolded again when I said that it wasnt necessary for me to bring in my vitamins in their original bottle. The attitude is the patient knows nothing, expected to comply with every insanity and thats the way they like it or theres hell to pay. I showed up on time and they were busy and I was told to reschedule. Absolutely no respect for a patient that is a customer of a small business. AVOID If my doctor hadnt retired and transferred my records there I would have never gone given the reviews here. I will be looking for another physician immediately.

I was referred to Dr. Coyle two years ago and couldn"t be happier. She and her staff have been nothing but professional and caring. I was so so happy with the service I took my 94 year old mother in law who has congested heart failure that a her other doctor missed. Dr. Coyle even made a late night call to her when the labs came back showing she should change a med imeditly. The staff has been noting but professional and kind every time Ive been in contact. Vicky at the front desk has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Our experience with Dr.Coyle was not a very good one to say the least. I was quite disappointed with her bedside manner and listening skills. She was more interested in filling information in her laptop then listening to the history of her patient. The tests she recommended were basic and seemed as though she tests for what she can bill for and get paid. She seemed to want to order maintenance testing, bill, and send us on our way. Not personable , mediocre as a professional . I would not recommend her for good followup care just for "I have a cough or cold" type situation.

I was shocked at how this doctor did not listen at all when explaining my symptoms and then made contradictory comments on future care. Not interested in helping with strained muscles and gout pain. Did not recommend ANY treatment for pain, even though the pain had been there in foot for over 2 months. SHOCKED! Also, the office staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all, even though I was in a good mood and very open and honest. Do not go to this doctor if you want helped.

I saw Dr. Coyle on a couple of occasions and I was very disappointed with her. I went to her office with migraine headaches and she diagnosed me with depression and pushed meds. Now, one year later, I am headache free and still not depressed still not on any medications. Every time I went I paid a copay in cash and was called by her office later in the day being told I didnt pay. I will never go back to her office again and I would never recommend it.

I take my mother in law to this office. The staff are rude, forget to do things, then blame the patient for their lack of professionalism. They have REPEATEDLY told her they mailed her prescription (for pain med) and dont do it. Once the Dr. even brought it to my house. Horrible, very careless staff. The Dr. is all over the place with care level. Sometimes she is attentive to my mother in law, other times she barely listens. Not a good place to go.

Dr. Coyle is very nice, however the front desk women are just so rude. I have never met more disrespectful and unfriendly staff in my life and I work in the health care field, as a nurse practitioner. There are two women in particular, both who have short hair, and look and sound the exact same. Unfortunately, I know 3 people who actually left this practice because of these women. I hope this practice will wake up and find more friendly staff.

That is a terrible assessment by a reviewer. Nothing wrong with the office and clinic. Just an older facility. We all get old, dont we? I have been going there for at least 25 years. I never observed that atmosphere described by Ms. Foster. Yes, I had Dr. Broyles until he retired. Now I see Dr. Coyle. She is very thorough and not shy away from your heath questions. Most of the staff are pretty much friendly.

Absolutely awful as a person and Doctor. Staff is just terrible. I switched doctors a month ago and my new doctors office still hasnt received my records. I try calling because they are getting the run around, and I cant get them to answer a phone!! This is by far the worst office and Doctor I have ever experienced. The office smells bad and they are totally unprofessional in every way. They should be shut down.

Since this is a location for Dr. Coyle, I will review her only. Dr. Coyle is a great doctor. She listens to my concerns and is friendly. After test results came back, she called me personally to go over them with me and then called again to be sure the doctor she referred me to called me. She is approachable when it comes to questions.

Dr. Coyle is reserved, and shes a quiet listener. She doesnt emote and smile a lot when I talk to her. But she *hears* me. She figured out a medical issue for me that two other doctors shrugged off, and was reassuring (and right!) about a couple of medical scares.
