I am beyond exhausted with this place. The after service is never consistent and it has been over a month since I was told to cease all medication, which Im still waiting on the call back in reference to when I should start bk and on blood work results that seems to have never been signed off on. This place needs a reminder that patients do matter just as well as ethics. Lord, forbid the representative, I just called before visiting because I was sent straight to a voice mail instead of being made aware that the Nurse had left, as well I kept calling until I got there and like I thought calls were being ignored because their conversation was more important... Be professional or get the heck out the way so someone who cares can get it together...

I havent had a single bad experience at this office. Dr. Garcia and his staff do all they can to accommodate and make things happen! I speak to a friendly front desk secretary when I schedule appointments and when I arrive for my appointments, I am greeted with friendly faces from the nursing staff. Dr. Garcia is very thorough and has the best interest in my health for me as a patient! Ive had to call in for a request on a prescription refill, and got a message machine for the nurse. She called back promptly and my prescription was filled appropriately. I will continue to put my health and my trust in the hands of Dr. Garcia and his staff.

Clearly says they accept my insurance plan, schedule a visit and they inform me that they dont accept my insurance. I have used this practice in the past and got excellent care. I would recommend them, but they need to get it together on which plans they accept and are represented to accept.

Dr Garcia is easy to talk to and seems to really care about his patients. Hard to find a doctor willing to take their time listen to your concerns and explain diagnosis like Dr Garcia does. I would recommend Dr Garcia to all my friends and family!!
