Ive been waiting a week for my prescription to be called to the pharmacy...when I called them to notify them about the situation they left me o hold forever. The walk-ins situation is a mess i signed in at 8:00 a.m didnt leave til 2:30 p.m what a waste of my time...I left thinking I would get the medicine I needed and still dont have it...Theyre pretty pathetic if you ask me.

I love Annmarie, her father was my mother doctor who then became my doctor ,he was my doctor when I had my daughter. He was my best friend doctor and her mothers doctor. So I first saw him when I was 16 and now Im 51. I wont switch doctors. Then he would tell me when his daughter was coming....so they are my Doctors for life.....love you Annmarie From Traci Kelly

The staff and receptionists are unorganized and seem to have an attitude. They are not helpful when I all for information and actually seem to change the rules as they speak to me. Ive decided to find a different doctor because they actually harm my health with the extra stress they cause.

My family has been under the care of Dr. Poleck for 5 generations now and that includes my grandchild. The lobby waiting issue has improved. I personally love the conduct and care giving from the Polecks family practice.

Been going to this clinic along time now I cant afford to go anymore my insurance was canceled then denied now when I need them the most it will cost me 70.00 dollars to for them to see me money I wish I had.

Giving them one star was the only way to leave a review. Horrible service, I called 4 days in a row with now answer. Now I get through and Ive been on hold for 10 minutes just to schedule an appointment!
