Hopefully Dr. Kay will read this review. I will start by saying that Dr. Kay a good health provider. My isuess started with his billing personal Cindy that she cannot accept listing to patients. When you call the office to schedule an appointment, verify that they accept your insurance policy, otherwise you are going to end up talking to billing that will lecture you with the wrong info. In todays environment Doctors offices need to consider hiring educated professionals that are familiar with complex insurance system.

On a couple occasions my doctor, Deborah Kay was not available to see me, fortunately Dr. Randy Kay saw me. If I wasnt so anal about seeing female Dr. only, he would be first on my list to see!!! He is my son and husbands doctor. He actually cares for his patients and will go above and beyond usual doctor protocal as does Dr. Deborah. I trust him with my sons life which doesnt get any a higher praise than that!!! Thank you Dr. Randy for helping me care for my 2 prize possessions, youre the best!!!
