Our family have been patients here for over 15 years. I would never consider going anywhere else, and recommend them to everyone looking for highly competent physicians. The philosophy and practice of the group has always been patient centered care. The medical staff will address your presenting issue in terms of your "whole person". They will not just throw a prescription at you without first considering any contributing factors. Our children are now adults and continue to treat here. This is where our confidence lies. I cannot speak as to recent reviews regarding support staff, but I can say any issues weve ever had (and there have only been one or two), have been immediately addressed by the office manager Christine. Christine runs a tight ship to insure the doctors have the support they need in order for the patients to recieve the quality care they seek. For me, theyve set standard for any additional medical providers I see (chronic autoimmune and rare diseases). *I just happened upon this rating system when looking up a link to their wesite to refer a friend

Office staff is horrible and unhelpful. First called at 215 said they were closed for lunch 1-2 call back at 230 after being on hold forever 2 different girls came to phone and when finally talked to one to make an appointment, they wouldnt make an appointment with out a commitment to one of their doctors through insurance even though we have not seen them and it is not required through our insurance to do so. Im sorry but will not make a commitment without meeting the doctors first to see if they are even a good fit for our family. Girl on phone was very rude also

I can not say that I am happy with the clerical staff but Dr. Shah is very, very personable. He worked with both my knee and ankle and its made a huge difference. The lack of pain and inflexibility is great! Do not get me wrong, those shots hurt like a bugger and it takes a while for things to get moving but you will come out the other side a happy camper! He is the best doctor at this location by far!

I love the care, service of the entire staff and the solutions that the doctors offered. My two boys, my wife and I have all gone to the clinic and our medical problems were solved or we were directed to other doctors that did solve the problems. What more can you ask from and Family Care Center?

The doctors are great the office however is not run efficently. I called during office hours to get test results and they left their lunch voice mail on the rest of the day.
