Stay away from this place and Dr. Paul, started out okay but has gotten worse and worse over the years. This guy is all fluff and marketing. Prescription refills: takes forever, theres been multiple occasions where Ive requested a refill or had the pharmacy send in a refill request, yet it was not fulfilled after an entire week or longer. Wait: Good luck getting into an appointment at your scheduled time. Youll routinely be waiting 30+ minutes to actually get called in AFTER your scheduled appointment time, and then another 15-30 minutes before you even see your Doctor. However, if youre even 5 minutes late and dont check in, theyll cancel your appointment, refuse to see you, and charge you for the full visit. Hours: If you work a standard 9-5 theres no way for you to get an appointment without taking time off from work, as they are only open 8-4 and closed on the weekends. Stay away and find someone better in the area.

Dr. Paul is the best. I switched to Dr. Pauls office a little over 2 months ago, and I cant believe I ever went anywhere else. He is so nice and never makes you feel like youre taking up his time. He talks with you as long as you need and makes you feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. The staff is really nice, although not always knowledgeable on the phone. Its ok though because they always find out the answer(s) and usually call you back the same day. Absolutely no wait times - because the staff and Dr. know that your time is valuable too. Amazing, amazing, amazing. If you want the best, go to Dr. Paul.

I agree with the last review. We switched doctors offices when my former doctor moved way across town. Our family loves him. All of my adult children and their families now are patients of this office as well.

Great care, and returning to private practice to maintain that great care, even better.
