I absolutely LOVE Dr. Capone (and wish I could continue having him as my family doctor). However, this review is for the office staff and nurse. Not him. My complaint is that I do not feel as though my time is considered valuable when visiting and customer service is not always the best. Due to time constraints, I attend appointments during my lunch hour. I was in the office twice last week attempting to get a flu shot and the wait was ridiculous. I went back after it was suggested that I schedule with the nurse or her own schedule for a specific time and she would be" prepared" for me. I did exactly that. Needless to say I waited and was never seen. People were seen before me who arrived later, though I had an appointment and scheduled around this for work. I eventually asked the receptionist at the front desk if Dr. Capones nurse knew I was there and she told me she did. I was never acknowledged. I had to leave and return to work. I tried following up with the office manager by calling back and was treated rudely by the same receptionist. I was put through to the "office managers voicemail"l but have yet to get a call from her. Not all staff in the office are rude. In all fairness, I have had some good experiences. However, this was not my first time being treated rudely there. This is just my first time sharing my experience. Again, Dr. Capone is awesome but the staff, not so much. Blessings.

Jesse Capone, was my primary He has a medical tech she lied about me about me blowing up at her cause I was in pain that was my experience there. Her name is Kim well seems like I have to report her under my oath .if shes jealous of u she make up her own lies then tell Jesse Capone you started something.

Dr. Capone is always friendly, and takes the time to sit and listen. His office is not close to me, but I drive there anyway because it is worth it.
