I saw Dr. Kistlers associate on Monday 12/19. I have been taking BP med for years, and the associate (who was very nice and very pleasant - needs to work in a more patient-friendly environment). Anyway, the associate wanted to add a water pill to my BP med. When I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions, the water pill was not there and the pharmacy did not have an order for it. Thinking the associate simply forgot to write it down, I called Dr. Kistlers office and left a message explaining what had happened. They called me back two days later, and said that I needed to come back into the office because there was no note on my file for the additional water pill. I had just seen someone and did not want to pay for another office call, so I said "Did you ask the person I saw who said he wanted to put me on the med?" They said, "No, hes not here today." and I said, "Well, when he comes in, can you ask him - Im sure hell remember." and They were like "No - Dr. Kistler says you need to come back in!" How stupid is that? Im not going back and pay for another office call just because someone "forgot" to write it down! It would be different if I was looking for narcotics, but it was just a water pill! They seem to be paranoid about prescriptions. Im changing doctors. Also, the customer service here is terrible! The office staff is cranky, and I have had to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour each time I go in. I am a nurse and I have worked in a doctors office, and I know they should do better than this in taking care of their patients! They billed the wrong insurance company, and when I called (several times) to straighten it out, no one answers the phone, and they never have called me back! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE STAFF!! Dont go here! Go ANYWHERE else but to this doctor! I certainly will NEVER go back!

Dr. Kistlers staff have the worst customer service of any doctors office Ive ever been too! I would never recommend his office to anyone! The dark haired women behind the desk refuses to do anything to help any patient! I have had him as my doctor for a few years, I only stayed so long because I didnt want to go through the hassle of finding a new doctor. However the way the staff treats the patient, just gets worse! They dont seem to understand there patients pay there salary! I have noticed lately they seem to have a lot less people going, yet the wait time is just as long!!! You always have at least a 45 min wait for your appointment! If doctor kistler wants to keep his practice open maybe he should look into finding new staff!

I had a Dr appointment this past week and I was in a really bad car accident and Im pretty banged up. So I called the Dr office and asked if they could this one time fax my prescriptions over to the pharmacy an I could get my friend pick them up after her work. And they would not do this for me and now Im setting here with out my meds. Ive been going there faithfully for 3 years plus and they couldnt do this for me not for just this once. You best believe that I will spread the word on how I was treated. Margaret Fearnow is the name!!!

CAN YOU SAY GHETTO!!!!!!!!! WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!!!!! i waited 20 min after my app time and they told me well its gonna be here a while......... we havent even gave you your paperwork to fill out!!!!! wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg worst place ever, so dirty, and everyone in there was like itchin like they had bed bugs and lice combined!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!!! SAY THE TRIP I PROMISE NASTY NASTY NASTY OH N THE GIRLS BEHIND THE DESK!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! LIKE THEY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
