The doctor is ok yes, but the staff is the worse. They are unfriendly, rude, misinformed, and never know anything. The last two times I called for a refill Ive had problems. The first time I was told my refill would be called in. Days later it was not and I had to call back. Lady says she dont know who I talked to but she would fix it. The second time (just last week) called for a refill. Guy says ok I will call that in for you but next time you have to be seen before you get anymore. Days later no call to the pharmacy. Call back. The rude women on the phone not only questions me about why Im just now calling about my refill (you dont know what me and the doctor discussed) but also tells me she doesnt know who I talked to but she is not going to give me a refill until Im seen. Basically called me a liar. This is very unacceptable. Once I have my appointment and refills i will be finding a new doctor.

Dr Olson is great!! His office staff SUCKS!! Called in there today because my wife saw Dr Olson and they were suppose to call in a prescription this morning. They didnt. The woman I talked to was rude. Said that my wife obviously was in no hurry. Told me they would be more than happy to give us our records so we could go to a new Dr. Well, they obviously dont realize that the patients are the reason they have a job there. She then put me on hold and left me there, I guess hoping I would hang up. I didnt. I waited until Charlie came to the phone and went over the issue with him. I finally got them to call in the prescription after my wife waited 8 hours for it. Jamie (front desk) is the only good office person there.

I have been a patient for the past 5 years and will be looking for a new doctor. I agree with the first post. When calling in they treat you as if your making an appointment for a oil change rather then caring for the patients needs. They have very little concern for the needs for the patients. Dr. Olsen thinks he is a comedian rather than a doctor and has made comments that have personally hurt my feelings. Dr Olsen take your stupid funny comments and try out for the funnybone. I also think they run the typical "money racket" of you need to make an appt. to get a simple refill. enough said

I been going to Dr Olson and he is a good Dr but has had a very bad staff..He has a new staff now the is far worse than any he has had in the past...When i first got there there was a woman leaving and was mad and ranting..After i was done with my visit i was mad how the office staff treated me..I was seen by a new Dr who was at least 100 pounds overweight but wanted to hound me about smoking cigs.(lol) Thats not what i went there for but its all my visit turned out to be..I asked to see Dr olson but the office staff got rude and loud. I wont ever go back..

The guards at the door are inhuman. They have no feelings and cant not empathize with their patients. I was a patient but the staff got to be too much, they are rude and act like you are bothering them when you call to make appointments. Dr. Olson himself is a good, kind doctor. If he could only get the right people in his office to help him and his patients. My advice for anyone looking for a doctor, look somewhere else. Dr. Olsons office staff is bad for your health. Literally!

Doctor Olson is a kind and caring man. Yes he jokes a lot. I personally like it, as he always makes me feel comfortable. Jamie at the front desk is amazing. Shes just as caring and kind hearted as Olson. Doctor Eric is also awesome. I see everyone elses review about the staff being rude, but I personally havent had any problems.

He is absolutely hilarious! If you want a super serious and uptight doctor then you need to look else where. He is very compassionate and tries his best to find great solutions to your health problems.

Worst doctor in columbus this dipshit tried to tell me I wasnt a diabetic haha mind you I was diagnosed 15 years ago and he wouldnt call me in no insulin do not go to this place
