I will start off my review by stating that all the reviews I have previously written have been for great services that I have received. This is my first poor review and I am stating all facts as I have experienced them. Dr. Czesnowski (otherwise asked to be called Dr. C) is what you call an "in and out doctor". I have found her average time spent with me to be roughly 5 minutes (the most time she spent in my room was 8 minutes). In my experience, I have not found her to get to know me as a family physician should. She has not asked me about my physical history beyond what is in my chart, including any "deeper questions" about whichever ailment I am visiting her for. I have told her about my lower back pain multiple times and not once has she given me any help (advise, referrals or otherwise) other then quickly prescribing me motrin 600s, and stating that she does not give narcotics out, then walking out the door. I was hoping for some quality conversation about how/what happened to my back, some different treatments I can try, a referral to a specialist, and/or genuine concern that physicians often show. My second issue to describe has to do with her lack of service at her office. I have been in the process of getting a medication approved by my insurance for several months now, and it all starts off with, "We will give you a call when we hear back from them". Not ONCE have I gotten any call in indication that I have not been approved. Every time that I find out is when A) I have to go into the office for a visit and then find out -or- B) I call in a month later and then they tell me I havent been approved. I have had requests sent in 4 times over the last several months and not once was I informed of the progress. There are many physicans that do not go out of their way to exceed expectations, but in this case, Im not complaining about that. Im complaning about Dr. Cs sincere lack of interest in her patients and her attitude of "walk in, prescribe, walk out". There is no quality and no passion in her work. I believe that extends to the rest of her staff (excluding her nurse Caroline, who was extremely pleasant and willing to give me time and answer all my questions). Her waiting room is 9 times out of 10 fully packed with at least a 45 minute waiting time regardless of whether or not you have an appointment. I would like to make an aggressive statement by saying that from a customer/patient standpoint, I am throughly convinced that she only cares about the money. If you are looking for a quality doctor who spends their time to understand your ailments, daily habits and honestly prescribe you the right treatment, Dr. Patrycja Czesnowski is NOT FOR YOU or your family. Out of the many visits I have made to see her, I can sincerely state that I am unimpressed, dissapointed and extremely dissatisfied. Dr. Patrycja Czesnowsk is not a quality doctor and you will be treated like a number rather than a patient with individual needs and care. Thank you for reading my review, and I hope my account has been helpful.

If i could rate her no stars I would.... my appointment was at 2:45. And I got there early enough to fill paperwork out considering I was a new patient there. As I was filling out paperwork, a nurse with timberland boots on ask me to pee in a cup and leave it in the bathroom. I did so and was told to go sit out in the waiting room yet again. Was called back in again were I was told to sit down in an x-ray room by the nurse with the timberlands on. Then he had a thing for the blood glucose meter in, didnt sanitize my figure with gloves on nor did he wear gloves when he pricked me. He also asked the same questions that were on the filling out paper work. Then I was escorted to a room/ office and told to sit in a chair. I literally had no idea what was going on. The lady came into the room (only one with a smile on and willing to talk to me) took my blood (without gloves). After that the nurse with the timberlands on told me sit in room three. I was in room three for apprx 45 minutes 1hr 15minutes. Then the doctors student came in and asked me the same questions as the nurse before.... then finally at 5:10 dr. Czesnowski came in looked at me, asked me whats wrong (severe stomach cramping ) told me the stomach flu was going around, mind you she only talked to me for six minutes. And then shook my hand like she did a good deed. Needless to say I cancelled my appointment and went to the emergency room. She will not take the time that you need to feel like you could return again.

I would give this ZERO STAR if I could. This place is hell for anybody who needs help. My appoint time was 1pm. They didnt call me in until 3pm and another hour of waiting. Finally around 4 something the DOCTORS ASSISTANT came in. There were 4 of them walking around. So they finally came in, ask me all the basic stuff about my health. Told them I came for refills on my acne. Finally Dr.Patrycja finally came in and sat down to talk to me. She sat down for 2 minutes...2 FREAKING MINUTES. asked me some basic question that her assistant has already asked me. Then out of no where one of the front desk worker came and told her someone was on the phone for her. SHE GOT UP AND LEFT! I waited a totally of FIVE HOURS to get my refill. At least I got my refills that I needed for my acne. WRONG. The next day I went to get my refill. She didnt even refill one of the meds that I needed. I called and ask why, her assistant count even tell me. " You just have to make another appointment and discuses it with her." she said. WHAT?! What this place is doing is WRONG. Making people wait 3-5 hours. Taking you off of the medication that you needed without telling you the reason. Worst experience ever.

I used to love going here however my last 2 experiences have been dreadful. I went yesterday arrived at 1212 for a 1215 appointment. I advised the receptionist I had to be done by 130 to return to work. She didnt think that would be an issue. I ended up leaving at 245 having not seen the Dr. This is gross misconduct and quite frankly a disgrace to medical professionals everywhere. At one point when I left my room in the back to ask the reception how much longer, I heard someone else with a similar issue telling the receptionist she had to leave and the response of the receptionist was " well I will have to charge you a $30 same day cancellation fee. I am fully aware that the general cost of doing business especially for a DR. Is very high, the building, nurses, receptionists, people to do blood work, people to process billing and claims. All things I understand. But booking 5 appointments every 15 minutes for 6 hours is equal to $800 just based on a $40 deductible per person. In leaving I let the Dr know that her time is no more important than mine. It may be slightly more educated time, however it certainly is not more important.
