terrible office, rude front desk girls who lost my paperwork and just said "i cant find it just fill it all out again" after i did everything online for my first visit.. i then had to wait for 30mins past my appt time to be called back to be seen. I paid my copay at the front desk while checking in and it was never posted to my account and i keep getting bills on it. I called for a medication refill and before i could even explain anything was cut off and was told " you need the pharm to call us for refills Im not taking the info from you" so i called the pharm to call the office which they did, and 3 days later Im still waiting for my medication. called the office to check on this just to be told that the dr was not there and we can not approve the medication. I told them that i was told to call the pharm for the refill and was told in a very rude voice "who did you speak to we would never say to call the pharm first" like it was MY fault and i was lying or something. So now as the weekend is here Im without medication and was told "go to an urgent care" Im not wasting my time with this terrible office again with RUDE office staff. Im going to try and find another office with people who actually care and understand what you are saying and not make you out to feel like you are the stupid one. Very disappointed in this terrible, RUDE office

Dr. Nada Hana is by far the best Doctor I, and my kids have seen so far.. The staff is very professional, very friendly, and I would highly recommend her as a family M.D. Not only that, her husband is right across the room as a D.D.S. I am now switching to see him as well because of the high recommendations I have heard from other patients who have seen him...So why not kill 2 birds with one stone right?...My hats off to both of them!. .Great job!.. My wife and I have been Dr. Hanas patients for a while now. She is a top doctor -- She gives us ample time explaining to us and listening to our inquires and health needs. She is very nice and has a welcoming friendly and responsive staff. Her office is well equipped and clean. Mostly importantly though, she is an excellent and experienced doctor; she is accurate about our medical diagnosis and treatment and has helped us greatly with our health needs. I definitely recommend her for your medical needs.

Dr. Nada hana bachuri is the best MD I`ve ever met in terms of listening skills, diagnostic ability, and empathy.she is an excellent doctor.she really takes the time to answer all your questions and she has a very caring and respectful bedside manner.great staff scheduled on time no waiting, great & proffesionals MA & comfortable easy hand phlebotomy thanks all :) :) :) I recomended for my family too .

Me and my parents have been with Dr. Nada Hanna for alost 5 years and we never had any bad experience with her or her staff.
