Dr. Ravall and his staff are the best downriver hands down. The attention they gave me and thorough treatment had me feeling better immediately after the visit. They listen to your symptoms and ask you questions in a very comfortable conversation. Some doctors i have been to have just interrupted me and do not hear me out. Not at this office though anything you have to say they listen and help to the best of their medical expertise. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a friendly and helpful environment.

Well I think when a doctors office is open until 7 and the doors are unlocked then they should not send you away. Ridiculous. We walked in 645 I understand that is late but they are our primary care physician. She looked at us like ya what do you want. And then before I could say anything said ya we are taking our last partient. That was it.

I like both doctors there. The nurses are pretty nice too. I like the fact that he almost always gets a blood test or urine test, just in case. Usually I have to ask doctors to test my blood or they just turn me down. Because it is a walk-in, the waiting sucks but Ive never been there for more than an hour.
