We have been going to this doctor for 10 years! And the service has only gotten worse and worse. They forget to call in prescriptions or forget one of the scripts ( because I get a couple and so does my husband). Now they havent filled out my husbands FMLA papers for 2 weeks! I even called them to be sure they did get them and they did. Here it is 2 wks later and the papers werent filled out which means my husband wont get his short term disability check and we will be struggling financially. This is ridiculous and when my husband is done with all this medical issues we will be switching to another doctors. Its a shame bc the doctors are nice but the office staff just doesnt do their jobs or only half asses it. They are closed now but I will call in tomorrow and probably get a lame excuse as to why they are not complete but why should they care it doesnt affect the wallet. Smh Update: My husband went and got his paper work today and they said they faxed them 3 times. They said their fax machine has been acting up. Smh

I was in their office may 6th so I could get my refill for my subscription they said they would call it in and Caremark said they never did so I called them to see why they hadnt they said they did but the order got messed up by the doctors office so they would call it in again I called Caremark back a few days later to see if it had been called in again Caremark said it hadnt.Caremark said they would fill it if it was called in just like they have filled the same prescription for 4 months now. But I called the doctors office again to see why they hadnt called it in for like the second time and they again said that they did it and it should be here in a few days if not call them back and theyll try yet again to fix it but I am giving them one last chance to call it in and then Im done and will be taking my business elsewhere. If they called it in at all why is my Caremark saying they didnt.

Dr.Paige has provided my family with excellent care. She is knowledgeable and explains things completely. We are informed and in control of our care at all times.
