I have been a patient there for two years. All of the physicians seem to really care about each patient, and make a concerted effort to remember everyone and know them. I have never had any trouble getting anyone on the phone during normal business hours. Ive only had to wait beyond my appointment time once, and that was a special circumstance. They will absolutely make you come into the office every six months to reevaluate your health to make sure all of your medications are still applicable to your individual needs rather than just signing off on more refills. It can feel like an inconvenience if you have a lot going on, but who doesnt and if they didnt make you come in, would you think to take time out to consider your own health--most people dont so I actually appreciate this about them very much. I really dont have anything bad to say. They send all of their scripts electronically, they always ask before allowing any training medical professionals in the room during procedures, theyre great with my daughter and theyre very respectful and have proven themselves to be flexible as well.

The worse thing about this place is the front desk. About 90% of the time they are rude or seem like you are bothering them just by being there. When you call with a question or to make an appointment, again its like you are bothering them. The phone system after hours doesnt work whatsoever. You cant call them when they are closed and leave a message. If you fail to get to your appointment without calling you are charged a $95 fee, you even have to sign a form agreeing to this when you first become a patient. With all that being said, Dr. Jim Crampton is a great guy. Very personable and treats you with respect. If you can deal with a rude staff to get to see a great doctor, this might be the place for you.

Very rude receptionist. Im new to this area and wanted to sign up. After providing all information I waited for a couple hours to check if an appointment can be fixed she was rude and told me they will call when ready. When pushed for typical time take she just repeated the same response. Patient care needs to be overall experience and not just with the doctor. Im going back to my doctor near my previous residence.

The receptionist "Carrie" is VERY rude! She argues over the phone with you, even though you are the patient. Trying to school me on what meds Im taking, when Im a nurse! I have never dealed with such rude people ever. Physicians are nice, but the front desk makes me never want to come back! They havent even faxed my doctor note after 2 days! Go somewhere else if you can!

I really like the doctors but the receptionist is rude and Im pretty sure the billing lady steals from customers by saying they owe money that they dont owe. Ive been going there for years but Im going to find someone better and I would advise you to do the same.

The phone system has been screwed up for TEN YEARS and they dont care! Even during business hours you cannot get thru no matter what option you pick and then it hangs up on you! My husband and I have both told them about the problem for several years.
