Took my cat here because she had a missing patch of fur, nothing major but wanted to get to the bottom of it before it got worse. The vet then talked me into doing blood work because he had suggested a steroid. Well, I agreed to do the blood work only to find out that results come in the next day & the whole reason as to why he suggested it was to see if her organs could handle the steroid he was going to give her. Bottom line, he ended up giving her the steroid but blood results didnt come in until days later....my cat then lost about 90 percent of her fur from this visit & the steroid he gave to her. He took her and did the blood work and immediately did the steroid as well. Makes zero sense to me. NEVER will I EVER be returning here. They dont know what they are doing from my perspective. Later on I had discussed this with another vet & they were in shock of the decisions the previous vet had made.

I called today to get an exam for my 17 year old cat (family member), I was met by the raspy voice of an impatient receptionist whom didnt seem to have the time or a care in the world for the fact that my cat was possibly dying, I was told they could "squeeze me in" but there was some uncrtainty in her voice, as if I was being a burden. So I requested a reccomendation of the next best doctor/vet and again was met with impatience and disdain. The lady I talked to was very rude and I will not be doing business with an organization that seems to value profit more than doing the right thing.

I dont write reviews often but I recently had my 1st appointment at Wyandotte Animal Hospital and had a very positive experience. The doctor that saw my dog performed a very thorough examination. I was also very impressed by her ability to befriend my dog. Hes a rescue that was severely abused and, as a result, is very timid. The veterinary assistant was also very knowledgable, thorough, and able to befriend my dog. I will be telling friends and family I recommend Wyandotte Animal Hospital.

Dr. Vivian Nash is incredible and so are the Vet assistants. They genuinely care for your pets. She saved my cats life when he was attacked by a dog and also took my husky in during her lunch hour for an emergency when I didnt even have an appointment scheduled. On top of being genuine she is super knowledgeable and will give you the straight answers/best course of action. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Wyandotte Animal hospital for about 15 years and I am always impressed how they listen to my concerns and work with me to get my animals the best care possible. I have never second guessed any decision I have made with my animals health because I know that the Doctors there have given me the best information possible and that they care about my fur kids.

I had an emergency with my dog and had been going to another vet that didnt want to see my dog for 2 days. Wyandotte got my dog in immediately, they are extremely informative, helpful and I recommend to anyone
