Horrible experience. I have a 4 year old boxer that had a small tumor that needed to be removed, the surgery was performed and everything was fine. They took the staples out too early even after examining him and knowing the risks. His entire 6" cut opened up while I was at work, blood everywhere, I called them immediately after I saw it and they said there was nothing they could do they were closing. Had to go to an emergency clinic and get it stapled again, he had to go under anesthesia AGAIN. And ended up paying $1000 for a $350 surgery. I called them the next day asking for an explanation, apology, or some sort of money back and they basically there was nothing they could do. I would think someone that went to school for 6+ years would know the risks of removing staples early, it is something you can find out from Google , especially with tumors that are potentially cancerous. Awful experience and will never return.

Let me start by saying we have had a lot of veterinary care over the years in many different cities and states weve lived in and Dr. Bill is by far the best vet weve ever had. He has a great bedside manner. He not only makes you feel good about being there but our pups as well. I truly feel like I have a partner in our dogs well being, not just a veterinarian. Prior to our two pugs that we have now we had a sweet, little girl pug that had special needs. Dr. Bill went out of his way to make sure she was comfortable and came up with solutions for her care that I know other vets would not have done. It takes us an hour and a half to get to Dr. Bills office. We wouldnt consider going any other place for our vet needs. We LOVE Dr. Bill!

The ONLY vet I will ever take my pets to. I have stayed with them over 20 years. When I was forced to go to another vet (closed or emergency or other owners dog) I am reminded how great my vet is! This is a no frills, all about the pet, animal loving business. Their fees are much lower because they choose to save you money instead of dressing their office in fancy gold & marble. The vet techs are as awesome as the vets and Jane is the lovely admin you see first. Because they are smaller, and very popular with shorter hours make sure you call for your app that. They are always available for emergencies during their work hours. I WILL NEVER go to another vet again!

My family has been taking our four-legged family members to this practice all my life. Since I moved to Dublin, I still take my cats there. I had to say goodbye to my cat Jasmine after 13 years, and Dr. Tony was nothing but compassionate and patient. They arranged to have her cremated for a very reasonable price and now I have a beautiful box on my mantel as a memorial. She had FIV and another vet I went to in Hilliard wanted to have her euthanized as a kitten because she wouldnt live very long. Dr. Tony was optimistic and with his care she had a long and healthy life.

Ive been taking my pets to Dr Tony on the advice of a coworker for more than 10 years now. Since moving to London, I visited the local vet here once, and it made me so glad for Dr Tony and the caring staff at his office! The vet and staff in London were fine, but the office visit, ear drops for a yeast infection and a 1 year rabies booster cost me over $300! And, after three rounds of treatment the drops still havent worked! Back to Dr Tony we go! Its well worth the 30 minute drive!

My husband & I took our cat to this vet after my grandma & aunt RAVED about him... Yea, not again. He treated my husband & I like we were 2 stupid kids who knew nothing. "7 days = a week. NOW DONT FORGET 7 DAYS = A WEEK!" Im not even kidding, he treated us like that the whole visit. He acted like he was better than everyone else and was just plan rude to us in his actions, words & manner. We will NOT be going back to him in the future.

Chose this place a while back because of its location and distance from me, but I have zero complaints. The staff is always friendly, but there is one stern vet that seems as if he has had it with inexperienced pet owners. But those vets are here for the sake of our animals, and not to coddle us when we are not taking proper care of our pets! Prices are cheap, and my dogs love the staff.

My cat BooBoo was so sick I was afraid I was going to lose him. Had raised him from two weeks old. Did everything right. Got his shots and got him fixed I was so scared. They got him right in figured out the problem and he is right back to his old self. Thank you guys and I would recommend you guys to anyone

Weve been going to Doctor Tony and the Westside Animal Clinic for 20 years. Because of their wonderful care, our dogs have had nice long and healthy lives. We are so grateful they are there. They are not only affordable but compassionate and dedicated.

Ive been going to this Vet clinic for 10 years and have always been treated with respect. I have 3 dogs and Dr. Tony has taken the best of care with them. I can call anytime and get right in. I would never go anywhere else.

I took my dogs there for vaccines and they were awesome .Very caring and very efficient . I will go there again .The people in the waiting room who had been going there for years were also very happy with their work.

Been going here for 20+ yrs, no issues. Staff is kind, Doc is great. Helped me through the loss of my Toy Fox. I will always be thankful for their care of my pets, good with humans too. Rates always seem fair. A+
