So far I have had an excellent experience with them. Their prices are pretty competitive however its much more than that. Its the treatment you receive from the staff and especially Dr. Jaxtheimer that sets them apart from most other places. The Dr gives you full attention, discusses all possible options with you for your pets treatment plan and like the other person said, never tries to pull a fast one on you. He also shows a real keenness to getting to the bottom of your pets problem, a trait that I feel is lacking in most health care professionals now a days You always leave the place with a peace of mind that your pet is in good hands.

The dr. had terrible bed side manner after telling me my cat had an incurable disease. Still wanted me to pay to run tests and have me take her home where she wouldnt move and force feed her. To take a suffering cat home who would ultimately die didnt seem right. Although putting your cat down is never a pleasant experience, this is the worst Ive ever encountered and even more traumatizing. Not comforting at all and will never come back.

Im shocked at the negative reviews! This place is hands down one of the best veterinary offices I have ever been too and I have been everywhere. Prices are really good and the Dr and the staff clearly care about the animals they treat. Please dont pass up this Veterinary office because of some poor reviews!❤

We love Doctor J and his staff. They have helped us tremendously. Never trying to pull a fast one, like some shady places we have been to. Honest, good people that everyone can trust. I love them, you will too. They are very kind and compassionate and understanding to people and all animals.

Never go there for a cremation. Very rude and they do not give you personal/ last minute time with your loved one. Cremation takes over a week and it is done by someone else. Take your pet somewhere yourself, the extra money is very much worth it.

We love Dr J and his staff! We have taken all our pets to him for over 30 years. He always gives it to you straight up and never advises of things that are not necessary. Their prices are very reasonable and they really love the animals.

Dr Jax is a wonderful veterinarian. He has and continues to care for my 2 Shepherds . Including surgery and neutering. Although we now live 90 minutes away from his office, we would never trust him with anyone else
