Dr. Francis is truly an amazing person. He did a house call euthanization for my old, sweet Zena who was terrified of vet offices. Well after hours when he should have been home and in bed, he traveled to us and then took her back to his office to have her sent off to cremation early next morning. Weve since visited him with another family pet that we have all but given up on due to lack of being diagnosed properly and nothing was helping her extreme and obsessive itching and chewing and open infected skin issues. Hes offered to try some additional testing at no cost to us just to try to find SOMETHING that may give her some peace e so that euthanization is not our only option. I truly love this man and I will NEVER take any of my animals anywhere else again as long as hes practicing. I wish I could thank him in a way he deserves. I just want to squeeze him and kiss him up!!! Absolutely love him! When your 9 year old daughter comes home and asks is the dog got put to sleep and you say "no. Dr. Francis thinks he may be able to find something that helps her" and she responds with tears in her eyes and says "I LOVE HIM!" you know hes a GOOD MAN!!!

After four years together my dogs....a Mastiff /Lab/Pitt and Pitt were involved in. two viscous fights back to back....we live in Port Huron and could not get the home vet to come until a week later....this was an emergency .....my dog 100lbs couldnt walk her front arms both severely swollen..wounded.....and having her around other animals at this time too dicey....not sure how she would react..... A lady I met.Laura... contacted me answering my plea for help on fb and she works for Dr.Francis....Praise God...she explained how to lift dog into vechical and got her in ASAP....the drive over an hour...worth it.... Dr Francis is amazing Zoe liked him immediately....she stayed overnight and allowed him to pack wounds ....trim her nails without incident or even anestisia...(..I could never do her nails..) I am always going to come here.....the experience this doctor has with Pitts and other such breeds is better and much greater than others by far !!!! God Bless Dr Francis and this clinic.... Professional.....Kind....Reasonable.....more than 5 star

I have 5 cats all under the age of 5. I moved here from WA state 2 years ago and still needed a vet. This is the first vet in MI that my kitties have LOVED - like the purr in a good way instead of hiding in the back of the carrier shaking. Dr. Francis helped me out be seeing everyone all at once so I did not have to do multiple visits and allowed my cats to be cats. Awesome experience from the cats point of view. I must day, do set aside a bit of time - this is not a chain with lots of staff. He is very personable, knows a lot, love to educate in a good way, and genuinely cares for the animal and the owners. You do need to set aside a bit more time than usually for visits....he is there seeing you, answering phones, and welcoming others that are coming in.... I felt right at home!

Doctor Francis is the very best human being I have ever encountered while trying to help a stray kitten stay alive. I found a kitten in my bushes trying to stay out of the rain, Her eyes were closed due to infection and her her breathing labored. We just paid on our property taxes so we were strapped but he helped her anyway as best he could . When we can afford to go back we will. Thanks to the wonderful doctor, she will live long enough to get treatment. SPCA would not even look at her for under $70.00. How humane is that. We love Dr. Francis. Mrs. Bacsik

My sister recently had to put her beloved dog down, she had her a year longer because of Dr Francis. While visiting her over Martin Luther King holiday, she noticed that something was wrong with one of my two dogs. I didnt think Dr Francis would see my dog on such short notice and since he was not my vet, but he didnt hesitate to treat not only my one dog, but both dogs. I only wish he was closer to Columbus, I trust him completely with my fur babies. He is truly a good person with a heart of gold. Thank you Dr Francis.

This particular Veterinary Hospital is run by a doctor who I can only say should be the inspiration poster for every professional out there! This man saw my dog on a Sunday morning comma after doing surgery another dog at midnight on Saturday night, and was going to be open on Sunday till 7 This man loves pets and is inspiring frankly to his dedication. Hes very personable very Hands-On, and if you have it any veterinaries around you who are like this man consider yourself lucky.

Dr. Francis was great. The building wasnt the best and we had to wait a little bit, but thats because hes basically a one man show. He knew we had just moved to the area and gave us his personal cell number and said to call 24/7 if we had any problems at all. Our dog is super anxious and is always terrified at the vet, but Dr. Francis and his tech were so sweet and did everything super quick once it was our turn. Will be going back in the future.

Love this vet. My dog had to have emergency surgery about a week ago. Because of past experiences I was expecting to pay in access of 2k. Dr Francis performed the procedure for less than $700. He also took additional x-rays & board my baby boy over night without any additional fee. Ill be taking my dogs here for now on.
