I cannot say enough good things about this office! I am so happy we found them 20+ years ago with my parents dog, so when we had adopted our dog from MHS we did not have a second thought in choosing Maple Vet to help with our dogs care. Dr Mike and the rest of the staff at Maple Vet are truly AMAZING! Several years ago our dog had horrible swelling of his eyes for no apparent reason. We went to a specialist in Southfield that cost an arm and a leg to try to pin point the reason for the eye swelling. Of course it was on the weekend that we went to the specialist, but on Monday we followed up with Maple Vet. Immediately Dr Mike contacted the specialist to obtain the records from our visit so he was up to date for our next visit to the office and continued to work with the specialist and us to help find the problem of our dogs eye issues. We never found out what has caused our dog going blind, however Dr Mike and his staff have gone above and beyond with us in dealing with our dogs eye issues. Dr Mike is very compassionate in the care he gives and works Amazingly with us from calling in RX to helping us find the best medicine to treat our dog. You can tell by every visit we have to the office that they TRULEY care for your pet and are there to walk with you every step of the way!

My dog was bit right near the eye last night. it swelled up but seemed fine at the time. woke up the next morning and dog was miserable and eye all puffy and oozing pus. Didnt have a vet in the area yet so I took her to Maple Vet because they opened early but didnt have awful ratings like the 24-hour place. Was able to walk in with my dog and be seen immediately. Visit was quick and efficient and they actually took the time to get me a tip on how to give a dog (who doesnt want anything near her eye right now) eye-drops. No tacked on pricing for emergency visit either.

I came to this Vet after having a bad experience elsewhere. Ive been taking my dog here for 6 years now and even though Ive moved further away from them I wont take my dog anywhere else. My dog has a really hard time at the vet and Dr. Mike takes really great care of him. Highly reccomend!

Dr Smith is the best and always ready to help, the staff is caring and great at their jobs. I have been taking my girls to see Dr Smith for many years and I would recommend her to anyway without reservation.
