I am blown away by how amazing the staff and services are at Troy & Heights Animal Hospital! Specifically, Michelle and Dr. Rani! Unfortunately, I have had to take my cat (Lindy, whom they know by name as soon as we arrive), in a couple of times for surgery for lump removals. I think each procedure was more difficult for mommy than kitty and Dr. Rani and Michelle went ABOVE AND BEYOND to put my mind at ease. They did a fantastic job with the surgery itself (Lindy is doing great :) and the communication throughout was phenomenal. We have been in for other appointments there as well and each and every time I continue to be amazed at their genuinely caring attitudes towards Lindy and Mommy. I hands down recommend Troy & Heights to everyone I know and will continue to drive almost a 1/2 hr to get there to receive their services. Thank you to the team for ALL you do, Im not sure what Lindy and I would do without you!

There is not enough stars on your rating scale to describe the outstanding and compassionate care our adorable Dora has received and continues to receive from Dr. Rani and her staff at the Troy & Heights Animal Hospital. It was Dr. Ranis commitment to providing the best care ever that saved Doras life. She is extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Dr. Ranis dedication to her practice is a beautiful example of how a good Veterinarian should be. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, to Dr. Rani and her Staff for each day we get to enjoy being with our precious Dora. We are eternally grateful.

The whole staff is very inviting and friendly. Its the first vet weve been too that wasnt highly overpriced or treated our pets as if they were an assembly line. They are very thorough and fairly priced. Wait time to see the vet is the shortest Ive ever experienced. The staff know who we are and our pets name as soon as we walk in. We have quite a few pets so if we bring in one they are always quick to ask how the others are doing. So glad they opened so close to home.

Brought in My Delaney for an Bladder Operation, cant believe how great these people were to us. Dr Rani was professional, very caring, made a very nervous dog daddy feel better. Cant say enough about Michelle , very sweet, I was able to call with several questions, about Delaneys home recovery, and she was able to answer ever thing didnt make me feel dumb when I had to ask some simple questions. I believe I have found my Vet for life.

Suck It

Brought my cushings dog there and Dr Rani was not very sympathetic or compassionate given the situation for my dog. On top of that she only offered to help if I pay them to do an ACTH stim test (a test that I get done on a routine basic by another vet) out of their office or their other location, Blue Cross Animal Hospital) at a cost over three times ($300+) what I currently pay.

Just took my dog to this office for the first time today. I must say it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and great at explaining what the issue was. I will be going back to them from now on. Two thumbs up!
