Alright, first impression of this place was really good. Good customer service (so I thought). At my first consultation Dr. Robson took X-rays and discussed with me about what they do...so far so good. I went back 7 days later for the follow up and the customer service was still really good overall. He brought out my x-rays and discussed how my spine is crooked and my neck curves the wrong way. He then followed with the intense work it will take to correct it (basically 50-60 visits over a year). Mind you my back gives me zero pain and I basically like to get an adjustment periodically for a pinched nerve in my neck. After the pricing discussion I said "sounds good, Ill think about it". Dr. Robson replies, "THINK ABOUT IT, WHAT IS THERE TO THINK ABOUT, I mean youll probably just go do something stupid now and find something cheaper!!" The tone changed from nice guy to pushy snake oil salesman in a split second. Honestly, I wouldnt trust this guy as far as I could throw him.

I was first introduced to Dr. Tory in 2001 when my brother and mother were receiving care at Genesis Chiropractic in Madison, WI. The care I received and pinpoint adjustments were something I could not get anywhere else. I would drive three hours round trip to get my adjustments. At the beginning this was multiple times a week until my condition improved. I was able to see him for two years before he moved his practice to Minnesota. Nine hour round trip treatments sadly wouldnt be in my future!! When Id travel to the Twin Cities for work I would make sure to stop by and get an adjustment. In 2013, my wife and I moved to Minneapolis for our jobs and have been able to regularly see Dr. Tory. The staff is amazing and I highly recommend anyone looking for a chiropractor or wellness care.

My whole family has seen Dr. Robson for about 5 years now. Even our 8 year old daughter! Dr. Robson is fantastic. He treated me through a car accident and my husband through his back surgery. And, while all of the children in Abbys class are out sick, Abby still goes. She is a very healthy 8 year old thanks to his care. Dr. Robson has an incredible instinct of knowing how, where, and when to adjust a patient depending on their situation. Katie and Emma are the "backbone" to this practice. They are both extremely helpful and professional and treat us like were part of their family. I would highly recommend Dr. Robson to anyone who is looking for a chiropractor in the Metro area. Thank you for all that you do!!

Prospine is fantastic! I have been going there for almost 4 years now and have always had a great experience. Dr. Robson is great to work with and will work with you on payments if your insurance doesnt cover your visits. I have been to other chiropractors before and you can tell who is confident in their work and who is not; Dr. Robson is definitely confident in what he does and rightfully so. Ive had back problems for 15 years and my back has never felt this good! Katie and Emma are fantastic, they always greet you with a smile and help get you in and out quickly. I also bring my 4 year old daughter with sometimes and they are great with her! This is hands down the best care you can receive!

My favorite part of Prospine is their ability to work around my schedule. They are very flexible and happy to help whenever they can. I do a lot of lifting for my job and weekly adjustments have nearly eliminated my low back pain. Ive noticed better sleeping patterns as well. The girls are always helpful and organized. Dr. Robson has a very good technique. Hes been in practice for a long time and it shows. Hes able to give good medical advice in ways that allow a clear explanation on human anatomy. Ive never heard him say "take this pill youll be fine". He focuses on aligning your spine to allow your body to take care of itself. It really is amazing! Thanks everyone :)

Ive been seeing Tory for over ten years. I initially saw him for a car accident and have been seeing him for maintenance adjustments ever since. Ive never had a doctor of ANY kind who has treated me with as much care, empathy, and respect as Tory. Ive love that no matter how long its been between adjustments he knows exactly the oddities of my spine and is able to adjust me as simply as if I had seen him the week prior. Tory cares about the "whole" body and how it impacts his patients. That makes him truly an authentic physician and person. He has brought me relief from pain, which has enhanced my quality of life both physically and psychologically!

Dr. Robson is such a great chiropractor! Professional, friendly, and effective. He takes the time to explain what is going on with your spine, and makes getting adjusted a comfortable experience. I always feel so much better when I leave his office. Getting adjusted by Dr. Robson helped me eliminate my previously year-round allergies, and other symptoms associated with my back and neck issues, which are now feeling great by the way. His staff is also really great. They always make you feel welcome, and there are some very talented massage therapists as well to aid in the recovery process.

Love Prospine! Incredibly flexible scheduling, Katy & Emma are always so welcoming and the adjustments speak for themselves. Dr. Tory knows when and where an adjustment is needed, never pushing too far. I would say the most appealing aspect of this clinic is the efficiency and consistency of each visit. Also, if you havent booked a massage with Shannon you are missing out! Not only is it convenient before/after your adjustment, I guarantee you will not be disappointed! Do you work at a computer? Spend time in a car? Look at your phone regularly throughout the day? Do yourself a huge favor and go to Dr. Tory Robson today! I visit regularly for wellness and wouldnt go without it. There are many different options for chiropractic care in the cities, especially downtown where I live. I make the short trip to Eden Prairie because Dr. Robson is among the best in the business, scheduling with Katie couldnt be easier, and care is efficient and compassionate.

I took my five year old daughter to see Dr. Robson for her migraines. She used to throw up 3-4 times per month from them. Since beginning treatment, she now only gets a migraine once or twice a year, and shes almost 17! We used to see Dr. Robson in Woodbury, and when he relocated to Eden Prairie, we tried a couple other Chiropractors, but they werent as good as him. We now drive all the way across the metro just to get adjustments! Even my husband agrees hes the best!
