The staff and facilities at Norwood Dental are excellent. From the moment you walk in the door throughout your entire visit, everyone is very friendly and the technology used in the the patient rooms enhances the experience. A few examples of the service at Norwood Dental that really separate them from other dental offices: The staff at the registration desk get to know you very quickly so that when you walk in the door, there is no need to tell them who you are, they already know and have everything ready for you! Also, while you are in for your appointment, the staff is very friendly but they also are very honest about ways to improve your oral health. And finally, I am amazed by how, after dental work has been performed, the dentist calls the next day to follow up and ensure that everything is going ok.

My two children (ages 6 and 8), husband and I are all patients at Norwood Dental and I feel compelled to share the extraordinary experiences we have had. This is a top-notch practice (second to absolutely no one). My children previously went to a practice that specialized in childrens denistry. The care we received at Norwood Dental far superceded any prior experiences we have had. My daughter has required a fair amt of dental work and since transitioning to Norwood Dental, the anxiety she once had about dental work is non-existent. MARY & STAN, Waconia - August 16, 2011 We have used Norwood Dental for at least ten years. Living in Mesa, AZ in the winter we have numerous opportunities to choose good Mexican Dentists or choose from many of the family practices in the Mesa area. We choose Norwood Dental for reasons too numerous to mention! Two important reasons are the professional and competent work of Dr. Ross and Associates plus the friendly Staff who perform all of your personal dental needs. Once youve experienced the Norwood Dental family care you will be a satisfied customer year after year.

Service is awesome at Norwood Dental. I never have to wait once I have arrived for my appointment and the staff knows who I am with out giving my name. If something came up and you appointment needs to be pushed back they will call you in advance and check if that will work for you. The Drs will call you a day or two after any additional dental work that has been done just to make sure you are doing alright. The staff is very friendly and enjoyable to work with. If you would like great personal service go to Norwood Dental!

The people here are very friendly and helpful. My treatment options were explained well and they were very helpful in explaining my insurance benefits. The group is very welcoming and I am very happy to have found this clinic! My 7 year old daughter had been very afraid of the dentist but now has no fear! Absolutely wonderful!

I had a wonderful experience at this facility. I have always been a little nervous getting my teeth worked on. I was so pleased with the way they did the novacaine. I didnt feel a thing! The staff was super sweet and caring of my needs. I would highly recommend coming to this dental office. I would never go anywhere else!
