Well I would have loved to rate this far better however I could not ever get in. I tried to set appointments twice which were rescheduled. After a couple of weeks I finally think I am getting in, I leave one of the properties that I manage maintenance on for a realty company in Port Arthur go to the wrong dentist office. Finally get 2 minutes away just to be told oh well I can not be seen because I am late...I am an extremely understanding person and if they had an appointment that was sheduled after mine but there before me I would have zero problems with waiting. However to be continuously blown off when the last I checked I pay for this service...is ridiculous. The only good thing about this interaction was how very polite the lady who answers the phone is, I believe the rest of the crew should take some notes. Thank you Ms. Whomever for being as polite as you were, respect means a great deal as well as time.

I just want to take a moment to let everyone know what a wonderful practice this is. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. They are always happy to help and they file on insurance quickly and accurately. The staff has been nothing but amazing. We have a 6 year old son who was terrified to go to the dentist and by the time we left, he couldnt wait to go back. They were extremely friendly and patient with him. I love this place! We have moved and will still make the almost 1 hour drive to his practice because they are really that great!
