This is honestly the first bad review I have ever written online and it really bothers me to finally have come across billing like this. The building and hygienists at this location are great. The doctors are also nice and I have been going here for years for basic cleanings. But when I went in to have my one filling worked on I ran into a major issue with their billing. I have been tight on money lately because we had our first child and I expected to choose the silver material to have some touch up done on a filling to save money. But the hygienist told me it might look way better with the enamel material and the price wasnt very different. So I met with their billing office and gave them my insurance card. They gave me an estimate on the enamel material that was only $20 more than the silver material. I asked if she made that estimate based on my insurance and she said yes. So I went with the enamel material, but when I got my bill the total was OVER DOUBLE what they had estimated. I called my insurance multiple times and had to call the billing office 3 times to finally get a solid answer on what happened. In the end the woman on the phone basically told me it was my fault for trusting their estimate too much and that estimates are just estimates (the enamel material apparently costs around 80% more than the silver material in all actuality). If I wanted to be sure of the bill I apparently should have stopped my appointment and walked out that day and submitted a pre-auth to insurance and waited for the response days later. Be warned that you shouldnt trust any billing estimate from Norwalk Family Dentistry before a procedure.

I have to give one one star because of how badly my filling was done. I was in constant pain and Norwalk family dentistry just attempted to readjust my bite about three for four times. I wasnt getting help so I needed to go to another dentist. Who discovered my pulp was exposed during the filling. And then I needed a root canal and crown to correct the error. This ordeal was painful, expensive, and time consuming. And could have been avoided. Were now going to West lakes for our dental care and very happy with the work! No more pain!

I had an outstanding experience. Emergency visit, squeezed me in and got me on the track to recovery. I look forward to routine cleanings soon. Very clean and private. Outstanding education of the problem and offered several solutions. Listen to my problems and concerns! Lucky to have them so close by. Highly recommended, a trusted provider. The attention to details and the reassuring care for the entire family. I recommend bring the entire family and they become like family. Happy to refer!

Honestly the receptionist I spoke with was very nice! But I had a filling fall out and was told that the earliest they could see me was a month and a half away. Yet she said they were booked through for the next 3 months. I cant imagine the type of clientele volume this place must have if it takes BARE MINIMUM a month and a half to squeeze someone in. I have never been a patient and Ive heard of nothing but great things from this place! Im just very disappointed I couldnt get in sooner!

I have been receiving dental care here since we moved to Norwalk in 2009. The office and care they provide is FIRST class. They are very friendly and professional. They make the whole process enjoyable especially for my 3 year old son who now loves going to the dentist office. Its not your small-town office visit. Heated massage chairs and TV screens while receiving care speed up the process considerably.

Broke a tooth one day before leaving for an out-of-state work trip. Norwalk Family Dentistry got me in with very little notice. A temporary cap was quickly fabricated and installed, and it held until I got back in town. The next day they again got me right in and the permanent cap was installed in minutes. Feels like it is not even there. You guys rock!!

I had a bad tooth that needed pulled. Dr. Grant worked me in. Everyone was so cheerful, friendly and helpful. I felt like I had been going there for years. It has a great atmosphere. I highly recommend Norwalk Family Dentistry to everyone!

Made my appointment in AM,due to cancellations I was in at 1:10 PM. Best cleaning I have ever had! Hygenist and Dr. Winslow were very competent and courteous. Just moved to area would recommend this dentist group to anyone!
