The front staff is welcoming and very competent. The therapists are very sharp in their understanding of the human body and human psychology ( we are patients ). All the staff are clear and thorough. They respect my time and effort. They are candid about my progress .they make sure I get the help I need in a timely manner. This is my second experience with osi white bear parkway.Im very happy to say my second is as good as the first two years ago.

Had ACL surgery and went to OSI for physical therapy after. Mainly saw Joe but also saw Jenny some. They worked to understand my goals and activities I would like to get back to and kept a focus on them throughout rehab. They pushed me when appropriate to continue to progress but we sensitive to set backs. They kept me positive and focused on goals.
