so tried to get in here and after 1 week of no one answering we finally got someone to pick up, then it was too hard for them to find the paper that was faxed to them from the Dr. After multiple tries we finally gave up as our patients ran thin. needless to say they dont try to help you if its OHP. In my experience anyway
