Honestly I was not a big fan of physical therapy, as more often than not the therapist would not listen to their patient. However; I told my Dr. I was open to giving it a try when we found out I had a complete tear of my rotator cuff. The staff at Pinnacle worked with my Dr. and I and even the Orthopedic specialist. When it was determined that I was not a surgical candidate we put more focus on the exercises I was doing and what I could do at home to improve the strength in my shoulder. After half of the approves visits my shoulder is strong enough for me to do the exercises at home and can be discharged from their services. I would highly recommend them if you ever need physical therapy.

I received excellent care and had speedy recovery for problem knees in 2015. The therapists, because I asked, helped my treatment by explaining the procedures. I need to know whats going on inside of me, when Im doing the workouts. So pleased with the care, that when I severely sprained my ankle in 2016, I chose to return to Pinnacle for physical therapy. As expected, I am receiving excellent care. Front desk adds a professional touch and good humor.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Physical Therapy. All the Therapist and support staff are encouraging and teach you the techniques that are easy to follow up with at home. I was seen for a knee injury that caused me a lot of pain but after a couple of months I have gained strength that has helped me get back to my normal activities.

So 99.9 percent of the time I was helped here I felt amazing all the therapists are super nice and helpful And an added bonus is the receptionists , its like a free comedy show Oh.. and there is free tea and coffee, and who doesnt like that ?
