Been there three times. This was my second physical therapist, first one wasnt making progress and so I decided to try Custom Care. They were certainly nice enough when I first went in but my last visit (and I do mean last) was not good. They put me on the bike to warm up and while my foot was strapped in the assistant moved the chair adjustment which sent me into excruciating pain (the assistant she blamed this on me). I was in a lot of pain this visit which I told them when I came in. Therapist tried a few things, had me hang my legs and did some massage and basically told me I wasnt making progress. When I was leaving he told me that he didnt think they could do anything else for me. Asked if I had other appointments scheduled and since I didnt I was good because further treatment at their facility was not going to do any good. I called them afterwards and Lauren got major attitude, blamed my extremely sharp pain on me. Basically denied that the PT had said they couldnt help me. There is no way I would ever go back to these people or recommend them to anybody. They basically gave up after three visits. Blamed me for lack of progress. Nice enough when trying to get you in the door but apparently not good at follow through. I felt like I was fired by somebody that I had hired. Seriously do not recommend this PT.

Aaron Frye and the other wonderful staff at Custom Care Physical Therapy helped me regain significant function, which will allow me to travel internationally and continue my mission to help children with disabilities. I am very grateful and would highly recommend this facility if you are in need of physical therapy.

I cant say enough good things about Custom Care, the office staff are wonderful so polite and professional. The therapist really knew his stuff and after just a couple of visits and doing the work at home that he gave me I really started to see a difference!
