I am a 70 year old woman with no real experience being "in shape." After breaking my hip in February, I chose Impact because their website specifically mentioned "Active Aging" as one of their areas of focus. I was coached by Karen Causey, and I have only the highest praise for her, and the interns who worked with me. Karen listened with obvious compassion to my concerns (even when I whined), and I actually looked forward to my sessions with her. I am completely confident that I will be able to regain what mobility I lost (and possibly more) from that accident. Thanks, Karen.

Impact is the best PT facility in Oregon. Hui En Gilpin is a highly skilled and knowledgeable physical therapist fully focused on assisting her patients back to a healthy life. Her positive nature, motivational attitude is helpful in allowing her patient to understand that physical therapy is the key to their recovery goals. It is clearly apparent that the PT team loves helping people recover. The front desk staff is professional, helpful and personable. I went to see Kent for a shoulder problem. He gave me a full evaluation, identified the problem, showed me the rehab exercises, and gave me the equipment to continue with my rehab at home. After 1 week I felt improvement, and after 2 weeks even more. I was very impressed with Kent and his team. I dont have great insurance, so I paid out of pocket and the fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Kent and his staff for physical therapy!

I have visited other physical therapist but have found impact to be the best. The office is more knowledgeable and willing to do all they can to help you be back to 100%. On top of that the staff is great and friendly. I have now been there for two accidents and will be making it the place after my next surgery
