Always felt like a number versus a name/person at this place. I would show up on time and would have to wait a few minutes for any attention. Once "treatment" began I was almost always sharing a particular therapist with one or two other patients, thus dividing the attention of the therapist. Of course you are billed for this solo time, regardless if it was only you or in a group. Costs and treatment expectations were not set. Oh sure, they hand you a packet of brochures and one that outlines what extra stuff might cost, but again this place feels built to make money and not help patients. I have received two bills and have had to call to get explanation. It goes like this: "The therapist took super expert notes (ie made up time blocks for your treatment) and we billed according to billing standards." When my last scheduled appointment came, no one thought to ask how things were going or if I needed to make more appointments. Funny how the therapist managed razor sharp recording of every last minute of therapy, but nothing about how the patient was proceeding. Having visited nearly half a dozen times and continued with my homework exercises, I do NOT feel any better. Makes paying that bill a bitter pill. I will not be going back.

Great staff and facilities! I experienced a lateral patella dislocation and sprained MCL; this resulted in my orthopedist prescribing 1 week of immobilization and 5 weeks confined to a large metal brace (t-scope). Needless to say my active lifestyle withered up with my muscles. In one week, Christine and staff have helped me go from 75-78 degrees flexion to 105. Highly recommend!

So far first visit was very good! Crashed on my bicycle and a friend told me that cold laser therapy could really help with the deep bruising and it did! Got a couple of other modalities as well and Im able to bend my leg now and put weight on it. Person who answered the phone didnt know what cold laser therapy was. That was the only thing that wasnt awesome.

My therapist was nice and I liked her until she moved. Have been dealing with a billing issue for months and cannot get the issue resolved no matter how many phone calls I make, no one ever calls me back with an answer.

I have had the misfortune of doing business with Scott and the team 2 WPPT and found the to be rude and condescending. If that is how you like to be treated this is your PT. As for me Ill go else where from now on.
