Dan Arnold is the man! He recently gave me treatment for arthritis on my knee and wow did I have some great results. If you are looking for knowledgeable physical therapists who do great work in rehabbing you back to your old self then I highly recommend Benchmark. I went from doing below average back and leg workouts to deadlifting 500 for reps, throwing up 650 on the yoke, and jump roping in between sets, things I wouldnt have dared doing before seeing Dan at Benchmark. I was able to get a boost in confidence knowing that my knee pain barely registers now.
