This was my second rotator surgery...where I spent 7 months in rehab last time....this time the Doc let me go after 14 weeks..I attribute this to the excellent therapy program with Shane...he seemed to know the right things at the right time....which in my mind led to a speedier recovery. I am now able to ski again....after believing I was going to lose a whole season..and I am grateful for that and being able to do normal things again.
