5 stars because: The facility is clean and well equipped - even has a small pool for water therapy. The staff are friendly, respectful, caring and helpful. There is privacy for each client via curtains to separate therapy tables and the ability to close the curtain completely for total privacy. The main therapist/manager is very well trained and does an excellent job of explaining what they will be doing and why. Intake is very thorough. There is ample parking in front of the building. After each session, I was treated to a massage around my bad knee and an ice pack.
