The staff is really helpful and they have quite a sense of humor. Sometimes, though, it seemed like they had too much fun. I would be laying there, waiting to know what my next exercise was while they were making jokes with other staff or clients. There was one staff member with black and white striped shoes that laughed at me because when I bended my arm, my elbows would pop. She thought it was funny but I was self conscious about. She kept laughing, covering her mouth and whispered "oh my god" as if it was really hilarious. I didnt like that at all. That was very rude and unprofessional considering I was there to get physical help.

Even though Im related I was a patient and treated successfully with courtesy and kindness. Maria did a great job helping me with my back.
