Transformative approach to movement health. Theres an awesome team of people offering Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) which allows the body to become more balanced, stronger and improve health and if youve experienced an injury like I have, MAT decreased my pain, gave greater range of motion and felt all around better. Ive had a few sessions with Jason Miller and find him remarkably talented, tuned in to the body, highly knowledgeable of body mechanics and doesnt stop until you make a positive healing breakthrough, hes amazing. Also this space has a gym with medicine balls, free weights, treadmills, sandpit, punching bags (my favorite) conditioning ropes and much more.

Wow. I loved their website and made an appointment to come and visit, prepared to hand over my credit card, but was met with such low enthusiasm. ("this place isnt for everyone; we dont have what other gyms have" etc). Such a blah encounter with a potential new member made me feel like they didnt want me or my money. Really weird. Maybe theyre good with peoples bodies, but not good at interacting and educating about what they do.
