Horrible. I have called daily for a month and no one has ever answered the phone and voicemails/emails go unanswered. I submitted what I thought was everything I needed for my PT license ~3wk ago my check still has not been cashed (no online payment) nor do I know of they even got my package.

still waiting many months for my PTA license, and already lost a couple of jobs for it. TX and other states are so much easier, they have easy online checklists and get everything done and approved with efficiency.

The individual I spoke to several times has been very helpful and kind. She spent as much time as I needed giving me information. Yes the process takes a lot of time but she was very informative.
