I was referred to physical therapy for plantar fasciitis and leg pain. After ten visits with minimal results, it was suggested that I get a second evaluation. I saw Colin Hoobler with CH Physical Therapy at the suggestion of a podiatrist. After that intital interview, I reviewed the website for CHPT. Dr. Hooblers CV was amazing, as was his therapy and exercise program videos, staff qualifications, etc. I commenced treatment with CHPT the following week and after four visits in a six week period, I am more than 90% improved. My therapist, Katie, has worked with me on my initial plantar fasciitis problem as well as setting me up on an exercise regime for my glutes, hips, quads, calves, hamstrings, upper middle back, shoulders, rotator cuff and chest. My follow-up has included proper techniques in an effort to eliminate age-related discomfort and ensure long-term health. I strongly recommend CHPT for anyone needing help with current issues and future good health. I believe CHPT are exceptional, professional and the most effective health care professionals in the field of physical therapy that anyone could encounter.

When I had a strained hip in October 2014, no one had told me how long it would take to recover fully. But coming to this clinic turned out to be the best decision I could have made to facilitate my recovery. As soon as I called your clinic to make my first appointment, I was impressed with your friendly staff (Patty), and when I came in, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I had made the right choice. Trish started me on exercises that were always challenging and never extended me too much. With her good sense of humor and ability to read people so well, she was able to coach and reassure me when I was having self-doubts about my ability to fully recover again. It took about four months of twice-weekly therapy for me to regain full range of motion, and now my hip is in better shape than my "healthy" one. Now, I am back to my active lifestyle doing jiu jitsu, running, and surfing/snowboarding. More importantly, I am continuing my exercises to prevent future injuries due to the knowledge I have gained from these peeps…Mahalos, Trish and CH Physical Therapy!

My experience at CH Physical Therapy was beyond excellent! I had been struggling with significant shoulder pain for months, but due to my stubborn nature, I let myself live with pain until I just couldnt ignore it any longer. I was able to get an evaluation right away, start my regular sessions within a week and schedule out five appointments at a time. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. CH Physical Therapy operates flexible hours so I did not have to take any time off of work. The best part is that you are an active participant in your recovery-they give you the necessary tools to use outside of the clinic and you may continue to use on your own for as long as you want. I received education about what ailed me and the proper course of action-I never felt out of the loop. I felt empowered. Best of all, my shoulder pain is gone and the staff checks in with me to make sure all is well.

I went to ch Physical Therapy after my surgeon recommended them. I had been nearly paralyzed before spinal surgery and had impaired mobility for almost a year. I didnt remember what being mobile and pain-free was, and I had no confidence that I ever would again. During my first session, Kimberly Elzinga, my therapist, told me that as my body got stronger, my emotional self would heal as well. She was absolutely correct. I credit Kimberly with a huge part of my recovery, and I am so deeply grateful. Physical therapy is hard work. Sometimes I would go home shaking and have to go straight to bed. But it was worth it. In time, I did heal. I am fully mobile and pain free. Physical therapy works--and Kim is among the very best. If you are seeking a compassionate, well-educated and knowledgeable PT to assist you in your healing journey, ch Physical Therapy is the place to go.

Working with Kim at ch PT was a very positive experience. I was having numbness in my shoulder, and a tight left hip after a snowboarding tumble. Kim set me up with several stretches and exercises to open things up and increase blood flow. Through our 5 sessions, I learned that "being in shape" and exercising can sometimes still mean some muscles are weak and need special focus activity in order to isolate and strengthen them. Kim is friendly and warm, yet serious about what she does, which made me feel safe and in good hands. Overall the staff is very professional, and I found it helpful that courtesy calls were made to reschedule + keep things on track. Life gets so busy sometimes, and I liked the feeling of being taken care of in that way. I would highly recommend working with c.h. PT to move through any sports-related injury!

Sprained my mcl, knew about CH from Colins radio days and wanted to rehab at their facility. Trish did an excellent job with me. I learned better and consistent ways to stretch and work on flexibility. I have plenty of strength and conditioning exercises to use that I now have memorized. Pictures are included with the exercises and stretches- really helpful. I also was provided with an updated exercise log complete with reps via Googledocs. I also looked forward to each session, as my PT Trish always made things fun and got to know me well. I have made a full recovery, continue to play soccer competitively and plan to return to CH for periodic fitness training in general. I had a great experience for nine months of rehab on my knee. I highly recommend CH Physical Therapy.

c.h. Physical Therapy was recommended to me by my surgeon who performed knee surgery. Trish Tedrick was my physical therapist and she brought me back to 100%. Trish is very knowledgeable about the exercises I needed to come back after surgery. She explained each exercise and help me master them so I was able to do them on my own at home and at the gym. Trish also helped me with an old shoulder injury as well. Around the same time, my elderly mother was having issues back in NJ with her back and Trish helped me navigate Medicaid insurance policies around physical therapy so I could help my mother get the therapy she needed. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated!

I have been through 2 torn rotator cuff surgeries in 2 years. Each time was followed up with physical therapy at c.h. Lucky for me Victoria Smith, at the Hillsboro location, was my pt therapist. She was an integral part in my recovery process and I am very grateful to have had her guidance and expertise. The staff was always very warm and friendly as well. Thank You

They are awesome. I worked with Trish to get my knee back in business and from being in pain and limping, she helped me to gradually recover and being able to run again and get back to exercise and having a normal life again. She was instrumental on this. I totally recommend Trish and CH, thank you for helping me!!
