I originally went to Tensegrity because of all the positive reviews and recommendations. However, while the clinic has many fancy instruments, I was extremely disappointed by the therapists. My particular therapist took multiple visits to assess the problem and more than a month to provide me with at home exercises. At each visit, my therapist did not seem prepared and thus wasted much of my time and money. I switched to another clinic and within a week I was getting home exercises and feeling better. Overall, despite previous positive reviews, I was very disappointed in my experience at Tensegrity.
