I have never written an establishment a negative review before so this is a very big deal to me. Heres a few things to keep in mind if you are thinking about choosing this place. 1.The front desk receptionist is nice but extremely slow, I stood in line for a good 11 minutes just for her to finish with the one person in front of me. 2. The doctor my daughter was seen by, Jessica Berrick- I believe is how you spell it, was great. Didnt make us wait very long, had good bedside manner, etc. if it werent for the nurse we are about to discuss- I would have gone back just for her. 3. The nurse.. oh boy, ladies and gentlemen, this is where it all goes very downhill. My daughter was getting 3 shots which should have been sad but very easy. She should have slid her to the end of the table to hold down her legs, cleaned her with an alcohol wipe and then did all three very quickly. Instead, she had my husband hold her arms down, me hold her legs down.. cleaned one thy with a wipe.. gave her one shot. WALKED AWAY and got another alcohol wipe from the cabinet taking her sweet time while my daughter was blood curtling screaming, came back and cleaned the other thy then proceeded to very slowly give her two more shots. I am fuming. My daughter is normally the rare kid that doesnt really cry when she gets shots and today it took us 30 minutes to calm her afterwards. That lady should not be allowed to touch a child ever again. If thats not enough for you though, they also have a trash can in each room with no lid that is completely accessible to any child that can even crawl.

I went to this office when I was a child, I now take my kids there. The staff is awesome! I had to fill out paper work when I was there by myself with my son and one of the nurses played with him and read him a book for me while I was doing it. I have never had an issue with getting my children appointments and they are quick to write referrals if needed. I have never had to wait too long in the office either even their walk in is pretty in and out. I would and have actually recommended this office to friends and family that have been unhappy with the office they were currently taking their child to.

My boys have been going here for 18 years. Staff is always professional, personable, and helpful. The front desk, nurses and Mds are all exceptional!
