I called over a month ago to set up appointments for my children (12 & 17). My 17 yos appointment was coming up on Monday (today is Friday) when they called me to let me know that I may want to find a family doctor since my son would age out of his practice soon...and by soon they said by age 20! And did I want to cancel his appointment we have been waiting for for over a month?? Oh and they are changing their hours so I may want to find a different place for my daughter too! I already spent 20 minutes on the phone yesterday giving them all of my insurance info, etc. AND had all my kids medical history sent to them from their last doctor, which required a ton of paperwork and phone calls. I felt like we were not wanted and I just wasted a ridiculous amount of time for nothing. The proper thing wouldve been to tell me this a month ago when I made the damn appointments in the first place. You asked for my kids date of birth...you didnt realize he was 17 then?? Ridiculous!!
