Fortunately, I rarely get sick enough to need the help of prescriptions and doctors. Unfortunately, I dont have a "family doctor" that I go see for that reason. Yesterday, I woke up with a cough that was so intense it gave me headaches. I received no sleep the evening before due this. Among that were other typical symptoms of what I can only compare to my historical sickness history as the upcomings of Bronchitis. I dont know what it is with doctors these days but they dont like writing you anything "narcotic" as bad as you need it. What I mean is the Dr. I saw yesterday at this facility wrote me a prescription for couch suppresant pills (Tessal Perles). I asked no questions thinking she heard me when I said I only totalled about 3 hours of sleep the night before and was coughing so much that I couldnt function at work and that these pills were just the remedy I needed. I told her the name of the medication (Histussin) I am typically prescribed for what I usually have when i feel bad enough to go see a Dr. that just happens to be a narcotic cough syrup. She looked at me funny as if I were there solely to get jacked up on my cough syrup or something. Now, I consider myself well-dressed and professional, being a college grad and making close to six figures a year. I dont mean to sound judgemental, but if i were a doctor, I wouldnt look at me and think "he is a drug seeking patient" even if I went in there and told them i needed vicodin or something for pain. Sure enough, after about 3 hours of sleep again LAST night, I call this morning to let the Dr. know that the pills dont work and to please call in something else only to find out that they have different Drs there EVERYDAY. So if you dont get what you ask for or need the first time, there is a big chance your dr. wont be there to give you further phone advice the next day. Now, in order for them to MAYBE give me what i ACTUALLY NEED, I have to go BACK in, pay ANOTHER co-pay for a DIFFERENT doctor to see me. Terrible business in my book.

Very disappointed with them today. I was in there Tuesday at 4 PM had congestion and sinus drainage and headache. Was given a sinus cocktail shot and Amoxicillin. I have had dry heaves from coughing so much and nausea from the drainage, I called their office Thursday morning at 9 am to ask if I could get something called in for the nausea. Told the lady I felt worse today than I did on Tuesday. Told her the Antibiotic might not be strong enough. Called again at 1 pm, was told they are so busy the nurse could not call me back. I called again at 5:30 pm. I was told they called back but my call went to voice mail. I had not been on my cell all day. Bottom line it took 3 calls to be told to go buy something over the counter to dry up the drainage. That would be better than something for the nausea. Unless I wanted to come in again and see another doctor tonight. I said no, I have paid for one visit. I gave them one star for the sinus cocktail shot.

Actually I rate it half of a star! The wait was too long, the doctor was dumb as hell! She told me my child didnt have allergies and prescribe some crappy eye drop for my child. I still had to take my child to her PCP to get her better. Then the dumb doctor stated to keep my child out of school for two days because she had the pink eye! This dumb doctor counter Sunday as one of the days to keep my child out of school. When do children go to school on Sunday!n addition to that everyone was unprofessional and nasty acting! IF YOU OR A FAMILY MEMBER ARE SICK GO TO THE REAL EMERGENCY ROOM IF YOU WANT TO GET WELL!

I signed in at 1200 staff instructed me to fill out paperwork and I was told there was only one person in front of me. It has been over an hour and ive seen not heard ANY names called. I dont know why good care is so hard to come by these days. Do yourself a favor and dont come here if you have any other alternative. The worst part is they charge upfront so your held hostage pretty much until they feel like doing anything. I pay good money for my insurance and its worthless

I went there recently. Could not do anything for me despite having a blood pressure in stroke range. Dr told me that she could not do anything for me due to my other medicsl issues. Unfortunately, I dont think you will get decent care unless you actually work there or they know you. I know this because I actually worked at this location for almost 3 years. And I did get better care because I worked there. I suggest you go somewhere else.

I went in at 11:30am and noticed after 2 hours that everyone else had been called back. They had somehow skipped my chart. I get back to the examination room and the doctor basically told me that I should go to my primary care physician because she didnt see anything wrong with me ear. Went in for extreme pain in my ear and ringing. Complete waste of my time .

The only reason it gets 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option. Either they lied to me or their policies are unreasonable. Either way its not good customer service. They refused to see me because the "system" was down and they couldnt verify my insurance. Surely in this day and age, theres a back up other than requiring me to pay the full cost of the visit.

The nurses were experienced and friendly. Loved the doctor on staff - Dr Lindsay. Wait time was appropriate for a walk in facility and I am so thankful of their walk-in acommodations. Highly recommend.

Absolutely awesome staff!! Everybody was so wonderful! Im from Texas and had to come for treatment and I wish my urgent care was as good as this one!! Great job Yall!! :-)

I dont even know why this place is open... I paid 30$ for nothing... basicly for him to look at me... they have no equipment, no machines, no nothing!
