Today I went into this location because I was having a slight ache and pain in my left arm/hand. I explained that I have also had some muscle ache and pains in my neck and shoulder from a car accident last year and have been seeing a chiropractor. The nurse checked my blood pressure and temp and all were normal. I was then placed in a waiting room where I sat and waited over an hour for a doctor. Finally, right at an hour- I stepped out and went to the nurses station to ask for an update on when I would be seen by a doctor. I was told that I was next and shortly after that- the same lady (Molly) who was at the desk- came into my room and said she was the nurse practitioner - Immediately I felt this wouldnt be good. I would have rather waited to see a doctor, not a nurse practitioner. She did a small examination and said they were going to do an EKG. The nurse came in and did the EKG that was perfect, didnt see anything. Molly then told me - I should still go to the ER just to get checked. I then asked her- what about examining my neck and shoulder where I had swelling and pain- she said well It could be inflammation and a steroid may do but I still need to go to the ER. She did not exam any of the neck or shoulder area despite me telling her about the pain there. Only that I should just go to the ER. Terrible service. I felt rushed out because they were busy and she refused to check the neck area after she admitted that it could possibly be inflammation. I left the office very upset and felt I wasted time and money. I did call back and speak with the manager (Pam) who was very nice and apologized and explained the possible logic and said she was going to speak with Molly- and that she hoped I felt better! wow! Terrible service- my family have been going here for many years, but after this episode. I will never waste my time or money here. Poor service and not willing to thoroughly check and examine their patients. Dont waste your time

Do not be seen by Sandra Cox, NP! Office staff and tech was very nice and cordial though. Went in first thing on a Saturday morning for a strep test since I could not be seen by my pcp the day before. Strep culture was done by tech then I was put in regular room. All of a sudden I receive a text saying my meds were sent to my pharmacy. What? I hadnt been seen by a doc yet??? A woman comes in very quickly, doesnt introduce herself, dishelved and unprofessional looking with open-toed sandals and a filthy lab coat and proceeds to listen to my chest look at my throat. She does not look with a depressor, didnt look in my ears or check my lymph nodes which were swollen. She asked did I have any abdominal pain and I said "no." Then she left. Next thing I know the tech comes in and says she diagnosed me with allergies. Really??? Allergies??? Granted I still did not know who that woman who "diagnosed" me was that came in until later. Ive had NO runny nose, coughing or any other upper respiratory issues. Yet on the check out sheet it stated I complained of upper respiratory and coughing...which I DIDNT! I only came in with my throat hurting like I was swallowing nails. Today (next morning) I still dont have allergy-type symptoms and I still feel like I am swallowing nails. False-negative you may ask..who knows? Ill go to my pcp to find out Monday because I will not go back there. I have never been seen so quickly and unprofessionally from anyone else in the Methodist system than this "provider." I do not just go in for any small pain either. I will also write this up to my insurance to make sure she is not paid for her lack of thoroughness.

I rarely write reviews unless I have an amazing experience that makes me want to go back or a horrible experience that leads me to never return. I havent even visited this medical center yet and Ive already developed a bad taste for them. The receptionist was not friendly or inviting at all! If you cant answer my question or your facility doesnt deal with my condition, just nicely say so and maybe direct me to where I can get help. Dont just say we dont do that or cant help you and then be ready to hang up! No have a good day, or any type of positive response was given. Some people who work in customer service dont need to be.

I took my daughter because she was in excruciating pain! In her 5yr of life I have only taken her to a hospital 1time! So I knew she was in bad pain! After paying a copay! (Side note I would have asked for a refund but I was so mad I walk out) Dr.Han was very rude and told us we wasted our time coming here because my daughter didnt have anything! She didnt even look at my daughter! She said she looks better and stop rushing to the emergency room next time! I advice as a scared mother because u have a screaming child I suggest going else where dont give these people your money!

Our experience was absolutely horrible!!!! When we left, my husband and I agreed we would NEVER take our son back again. Dr. Salinas was incredibly rude to us and basically refused our child care and instead "transferred" him to the ER downtown. Once we arrived at the ER, we received two separate apologies for the way she treated us and were told there was really no reason for us to be sent there. Do yourself a favor and if its after hours, just go to the ER. The care downtown was exceptional! Dr. Kink is awesome and has great bedside manner.

My son was treated on Monday for a severe sore throat. He was hurting on one side of his throat only. He should have been sent to ER for CT scan and seen by ENT. Instead he was given an antibiotic that he could not swallow and sent home. He later was admitted to Methodist Germantown with an abscessed tonsil and had emergency surgery. I tried to call to talk with someone but no one answers the phone at the clinic. Dr. Lowrey needs to be held accountable and needs to refund our money at the very least. The rating is very poor.

Very polite, punctual, and professional. No line no wait every time we have had to go. Prompt service and percise diagnosis. Better than the ER waiting room. Its like your own private Dr. without having to have an appointment. I also like the fact that my family and I are methodist healthcare patients anyway, and all their systems are linked together. That way the healthcare professionals have a better understanding of our background. I wouldnt trade them for any other Dr. Thanks Methodist Team!

I see the negative reviews and wonder if we were at the same place. My level of care was exceptional. Seen quickly, treated with compassion and they corrected my problem. Do not remember the name of the NP, but she was very friendly and seemed concerned about me getting better.
