If you value your health and your job, dont go here. These doctors dont care about you, they just want your money. I went to see Dr. Watson (Friday) complaining of a cold and difficulty breathing. She just had the nurse give me a shot and then basically rushed me out of the door. Come to find out I had actually been diagnosed with acute bronchitis, but did she tell me this? No. I found out by reading it on my medical sheet after I had left. She only gave me that one day off from work. I tried to call the next day with no answer. I kept calling over the course of the next few days trying to get dismissed from my job for the days I was sick. I was treated rudely over the phone, left on hold, and told to come back when Dr. Watson was in the office again (Tuesday). I returned Tuesday as I was told to and was then informed that she would NOT dismiss me for the work I had missed. In fact, the supervisor wouldnt even let me speak to the doctor. I was then told that it was my fault for not coming back in before. So I basically did what I was told to do and then was denied help for doing so. They wanted me to pay again to see the doctor for something that she should have done when I saw her the first time. Honestly I feel like I should be suing for malpractice. And because I went back and confronted them about this, I have been told to never return to the clinic. Dont worry, I dont intend to. I have been placed in a position where I have to choose between my health and my job, and any doctor who truly cared about their patients wouldnt put one in such a position.

First of all, the doctor was wonderful in every way possible. She was very sweet, attentive, and thorough. The rest of the experience, however, was TERRIBLE. I waited over two hours to be seen. After I met with the doctor, I asked the nurse if I could get a hand-written prescription since my pharmacy was closed at that point. She threw up her arms and said, "UGH! Thats a lot of work!! Whats the difference?!" I told her that my pharmacy was now closed, and that I would have to drive all the way back to this area tomorrow to fill it. She left the room very agitated, and started complaining to another nurse about it right outside the door. The other nurse got an attitude about it as well, saying, "Well, shes just going to have to wait, then." I waited for another 15 minutes, listening to them complain about how I was taking up a room and wasting their time. This was the worst experience Ive ever had receiving medical care, and I feel terrible that this awesome doctor has to work in such a poorly run office!

I visited this office for a minor skin problem. The receptionist was rude, dismissive and very unhelpful. I asked if she would check with the doctor to see if she could treat my condition before I filled out the paperwork, gave her my insurance and waited. She left for a short time and said that I would just have to wait and there would be no guarantee the doctor could help me. When I asked how long the wait, she stated an hour or more. There were only 2 patients waiting at the time. When I stated we would just find another place who could help me, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Ok." No attempt to help me was made by this office receptionist. I dont know if this doctor is good or not. The office staff certainly is very poor, at best. I was able to get fast, friendly and excellent care at another non-Baptist facility within the hour that same day. I will never go to a Baptist minor medical again for treatment.

I took my grand-daughter there for a yellow jacket sting that she had a reaction to. Receptionist was nice, the staff was nice and my grand-daughter was happy with her treatment and the medication given was correct and worked quite well. Ive read some of the other reviews and my suggestion would be that any time anyone has a very negative experience with any medical facility they should contact the administrative office and file a complaint. Thats the only way they will know that employees, whether office staff, nurses, or doctors, are treating sick people with the patients and respect they deserve.

Came in near closing and my son was in EXCRUCIATING pain. It didnt fit in with their time table so they told me they thought I should go elsewhere. Screw this place. Total hacks. Rude receptionist - dismissive I saw on another review, and I have to agree - clueless clinicians, I wish an earthquake would open up and swallow this place into the ground.

Whoever works the front desk and answers the phone needs customer service training asap! I called to ask a simple question and instantly got attitude as a response. The doctor who I seen was great however I really had to calm myself when the ignorant woman with the attitude out of nowhere talked to me the way she did. Need some professional training.

I have been to this location several times. Always have had good and quick service. My husband and I went this past weekend and everyone who worked there from the front desk, nurses and the doctor were outstanding. They were so nice and helpful. It made for a very pleasant experience.

BEST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER! They were nice and friendly. My son loved it and they quickly got us in and out. My son got some toys. I had to call later to get a doctors note and they immediately answered and helped me. I wish that this was my doctor from the beginning.

The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unconcerned. The entire left side of my face was swollen, and I was in PAIN! She acted as if she didnt want to answer my questions regarding insurance.

Went in for a sinus infection and was only sent home with a nose spray. I called the next morning for a prescription for my symptoms and was told to buy something over the counter.
