So first off I would like to say DR Gatlin was very nice and well mannered. Professional. As for the nurses of with that handled my schedule of the stress test not so much. Set up a stress test a week in advance for a Thursday because they said that is the only day they do this test. Thursday comes getting ready to walk out the door to go and get a phone call saying they forgot to send information to the lab to mix the medicine for the test. After telling them that this was unacceptable they proceed to tell me owell thats all they can do is reschedule the appointment for the next Thursday. Now no phone calls have been received and we have called 4 times to make sure they were doing just that. Apparently not the case. We have also asked to have the dr call us back so we could make him aware of the way his staff was handling his business. And to let him know we had one hang up on us. What I think at this point is they are not giving him the message because they do not want to get in trouble. But I have been wrong before.i will update my review as needed as this unfolds. It is a shame that one has to go thru such because others dont do there job. And it is a shame that dr.gatlin has a staff that does not care about his business.

DONT GO HERE!!! I tried this clinic based on an insurance search with no referral. The doctor didnt see me until 1hr 45min after my appt time. Also, they claim to support my healthcare (UHC) however, they wont do lab work, etc. on anyone with UHC and I therefore had to get the work done off site (turning a $20 copay into $125 copay). The doctor acted rushed while seeing me and I had to call to try to get my results after 2.5 months of not hearing ANYTHING from them!!! Also they coded my visit wrong, causing my entire visit to be over $630. I am now chasing my tail with the insurance company, the doctor and the hospital... Please consider other options for your own sake!

Was suppose to have surgery and it was cancelled due to my blood pressure. Made appt with Dr. Gatlin and we spent two weeks trying to get it down so I could reschedule my surgery. Him and his nurse Lori were so good to me. After being stressed they were very understanding and genuinely concerned for me and I made countless trips in to get my BP under control. Id like to say thank you both for taking the time with me to get it down. I hope to get my surgery scheduled this week. Thanks for your concern. Lori is the best☺

They were fantastic with my son last year so when I fell ill, I called them first. After sitting on hold over 10 minutes, I was told I would have to leave a message for a doctor to see if they wanted to take me as a patient. I called a different office, got right in and gave them my money instead.

Thought all was good Service 7/12/16 Then they send me a bill for $18 on 9/30/16 After the $130 i gave them up front for a nurse practitioner to talk to me for 5 min And say all looks good Had pains on my left side. NEVER GO HERE

I have had Dr. Shelby as my PCP for many years now. Now, he also is PCP for my children. Would highly recommend to anyone!

They do really good
